I was there absolutely too long. This defeated my purpose of coming to a place like this. There were enough workers in my opinion. They were just walking back and forth, forth and back. I really dont know if my fluids were refreshed and no one checked the tires. Not to mention the female worker wasted some sort of liquid all over the grill of my car and was wiping forever. I work 2 minutes away and spent my ENTIRE lunch break with them which is an hour. Not again, never.

My daughter cane to have her oil charged they wanted to charge her for full synthetic oil even though we have always used regukar in her older toyota camry. Even with coupon they wanted 100.00. Got it changed at another place for 45.00

Take 5's team is great. This is the only place I come for an oil change. they have great customer service. I'm always greeted with an bottle water and a smile. Jaylan and martavious were so helpful they explained everything in detail before proceeding. The team of workers are always kind. I recommend Take 5 on popular. P.S. it doesn't take Long!

Came to this location at 6:40 website says they close at 8. Three cars in the bay and one waiting and they said they couldn’t get to me. Won’t come to this location again will go to summer better customer service.

The store Manager, she is always on point and makes sure the employees are on point, she makes sure herself or whom ever is taking care of you explains what and when you might need extra parts updated. Great Job Take5!

I try to come to this location as much as possible for an oil change, even if it means going out of my way. Everyone is so nice and efficient. Shareka did my oil change and was amazing.

This place is a joke they tell you five minutes but not true allow me to share my unfortunately incident with you guys on today September 20,2024 I arrived at tae five on poplar at Kirby my tie when I arrived there was approximately 1035am one of the text approach me with a bottle of water the he asked if I could rise up my hood So I comply with him he look under the hood then let it down and walk away but approximately four minutes later he came back to and said pull your vehicle over to lane one for service ok no problem,now here it comes there was only one car in front of me the manager and a few of her staff was moving so slow as if they just didn't give a damn about nothing I stayed in that lane until 11 am I finally put my car in reverse and backed out of that place , now looking in my rear view mirror who but who come running after me tell me to come back the faster she ran towards me the faster I drove fro her .
This is the saddest crap you ever seen , please keep in mind I do not live in that area of town and barely do business out their but if you give good service I will come back but if you fell to continue to give good service. Not will I stop but other will follow.
Now do not look for me to return because I want .
