I went to this nail shop to get my nails filled in and to my surprise, they charge $25 for a fill in! This is ridiculous! They went from $12 to $25 to fill in the nails! This is almost the same as getting a new set of nails!

when I first went, I saw Kim and stayed with her. Kim did my nails because I wanted somewhere closer. well, closer may not always be the answer. I'm a well paying customer who wants what she wants. I'm not sure what happened, but she really screwed me. she did not want to serve me my way but her way. who would think "dip" would consist of aquillic and not dip powder. well, the first time, my nail chipped on 3 fingers, and I paid for the repairs. then I went back to get a new set of dip nails, which was great. I went back again, and each time I insisted for thickness, which means to dip more than usual, i also informed her i would pay the cost. so that I would not have come so often due to chipping. She said to next time use acquillic. I said no, I do not want that, and I was very clear about that. well, when I went back to get a fill, she filled my nails with powder. I thought it was the dip. she fooled me just to get thickness. I was very eery and told her this didn't look right and she didn't smooth the roughness out she said she had. my fingers looked as if i went to the high school and got them done. matter of fact, the high school ladies would have failed her. so I went back to get her to correct them, and she ignored me. i waited for 15 minutes while she had a client she didn't ask me what I wanted or anything. so I left never to return. I went to my old nail shop yesterday and had them to soak them off it took an hour, and she said it was acquillic and not dip powder. don't worry, Kim, you will not see my face, so here is your feedback. I will not be back. Kim is unprofessional and will do what she wants to do with your nails to please herself and not what you want. never never again. I will not be back.P.S. covid is still around, and as a precaution, wear your mask. There is one tech that coughs all the time. now Kim and her claims its allergy but who knows. I have asked, and I suggested she go take care of that cough. She works in public. be aware and MASK-UP!

I absolutely love this place! Kim, Hanna, Mia (My), and Chandy are amazing people! They always do a good job. And if your not happy with the polish they will change it. You just have to speak up! They are like most nail shops in that you will have a wait time...but isn't that what appointments are for? Anyway I've been going here for 7 years... They are wonderful people and customer service is top notch!!! I recommend this nail shop to anyone!

To be honest, this is the worst job any place has ever done on my nails. My daughter's nails were chipped after one day. Hers usually look great for at least a week. I got the shellac nails and mine were chipped after 3 days. Paid for a manicure that I didn't receive. I paid $65 for nails that look worse than before I came in the salon. I won't ever return here.

Didn’t like the shape of my nails and when I mentioned it to her she went crazy with the filing and ended up making them super round which is not what I wanted. I told her that then she filed them again to try to correct it and so I told her to get someone else. Ended up getting super short nails bc they filed 4 xs and that is not what I wanted. Polish job was awful as well.
