Super nice people... customer service 5 stars for sure.... I hoped in on my crutches... and proceeded to look at the riding cart... I initially said that's okay, considering I had issues at Walmart with the riding carts... next thing I know, the cashier is at the end of the aisle saying she's right here.... and here comes security bringing me the riding cart.... totally caught me off gaurd.... Much respect, and thank you for your kindness ...

I purchased 1pk of catfish steaks and 2pks of catfish fillets and it use to be that Superlo had the freshest and tastiest fish in Memphis but the last 2 times I bought fish there the fish was the worst I've ever tasted! I've been in this neighborhood for over 20+ years and I had never bought bad fish from Superlo so when I bought bad fish the first time I decided to give them a pass thinking that every store could have a bad day but the second time I fried fish from that store the fish was worst than the last time I bought their fish! In fact I tried 2 of the packs and it was so nasty that I'm now afraid to fry the last pack in fact I'm afraid to buy fish from them again ever!!! I don't how they can go from being the best fish to being the worst tasting fish in Memphis!!

Went to pay bill at the customer service desk. The short fat lady with the blue hair needs to be removed from her position. She was rude and disrespectful to everyone she served. She even referred to one man as a boy when speaking to her co-worker. He was not happy about that at all. I had to calm him down. She never apologized or changed her attitude with myself or the customers before me. She can make for a really bad situation due to her attitude

I worked night shift shocking shelter. I got a shift that was convenient for me at the time.Tony was the person who hired me and told me if I felt uncomfortable or didn't wanna do the job let him know. I was going througha domestic violence situation and by me being a single female the supervisor monte suggested i get picked up because I was walking to work and my place was around the corner. It was misunderstanding how I got fired. Cars was broken into and I felt unsafe. Tony should have never fired me. If he ain't spoke with me personally. I can do any job.i just wanted to leave on good terms and with nobody taking advantage.

Hood and Ghetto starting on the outside. Good wine selection. Meats are over priced. They over charging because it's 99.9% blacks that shop here with EBT. I only went here for some oxtails... small pack with 4 oxtails (not big tails either) $23-26. Someone needs to AUDIT this location on Winchester in SE Memphis!!!!

Usually don't have any issues other than not enough lanes open or lines not moving fast enough. Self check-out is the best way to go with 20 items or less if it is open.
