I had been searching for a product I couldnt find at the bigger stores and was told it would be at Superlo. It was! I was delighted to find it I had thought of Superlo as a "small" store like Aldi - wrong! They are much bigger than I expected. I especially appreciated both cashier and bagger at check-out.

Easy to shop. Great Service. My first choice grocery store. The recently updated checkout lanes provide more space at front of the store.

Multiple people now have been assaulted and robbed INSIDE at this store location. Until superlo gets armed security (that actually does their job) BOTH INSIDE and OUTSIDE then I won’t be shopping here. No excuse to be assaulted while shopping inside of a grocery store.

Always love me some Superlo! I worked the closing cashier shift there while in college at U of M, got promoted and went on to open the Frayser location as their Scan Coordinator (my fave job of all time!)...my dearly departed Daddy was Spottswood's Deli manager for over 20 years, and my stepmom a smiling face in the Courtesy Booth for longer than that! I'm so proud to see such growth and expansion across the Memphis area! Keep it up, y'all! (...but not the prices ?)

Pick up service SUCKS and the ladies there aren’t willing to assist with the issue I was having I explained I’m from Texas and I’m snowed in here so I did a pick up ONLINE not having my physical card on hand yet I have a picture of my card in my phone to show and had my physical ID on me yet they still did not allow me to pick up my order on this SNOW hearing me say I’m snowed in down here with kids you would think they would make a acceptation due to the situation and I was at least able to provide the picture of my card but no these ladies didn’t care and I took it as they wasn’t trying to assist find a way to help assist with this matter because guess what IM BLACK OF COURSE
