Placed $5 in slot. Took money and car wash would not work. Tried calling all Sunshine car wash locations,no one would answer phone. Lost $5.

I lost $9.00 at the Trinity location and can’t get in touch with anyone to get it back for me. There was and still no notice saying they are not in business. The station next to it said they were closed and they knew nothing more than that.

No phone number posted, even though sign invited call if problem. Machine malfunctions after taking money. Call in a police report. Edit: Called in to police to describe the monetary theft without service, and the lack of posted assistance. Website for Sunshine Carwash is noted by Chrome as Not Secure. I'll be checking with CC company to make sure no scanning scam happened.

Sad to say but this was my second time to be ripped off at this wash. Paid drove in and it didn’t have any water. It started washing my car dry!! So I pulled out before it trapped me in.Called the owner and he told me he couldn’t help me with a refund and he was sorry I didn’t receive a wash.

Paid $10 for the Ultimate Wash. Green light came on and I pulled forward and my truck was sprayed with soap. Then.... nothing else happened. No water, no brushing, no anything. The arms of the brushes were closed inward so I could not drive through. Had to back out of the car wash then drive home and wash the dried soap off. Called the phone number several times and let it ring about 30 times with no answer and no voicemail. This is the location on Germantown Road in front of WalMart. Total rip off.

Less than 1 star if i could give it. The spin brushes didnt move to front and back of car like it use to they stayed stationary the entire time. Therefore the back of my car is clean but the front still have bugs from NEVER being touched expect being rained on. Tried to explain it to station attendant, i was given acode to go back and literally have it rain on the front of my car and clean the back again. Also Given a number to call and speak with the owner but got his vms no callback and im out of $10 and still have a dirty car that i have to pay to have clean again. Beware use at ur own risk.

The worst car wash service. It took my money and never started. I have tried to call the supposed owner, Terry, at 901-502-7256 with no luck so far. If I don't hear from him, I will report this business and get it to be closed. Terry, if you see this message, you would be wise to refund my money.

Useless waste of money. Paid $7 for the second level of wash and dry, got only soapy water and a rinse and my car doesn't look any cleaner.

Spend money for my car to be rained on... no soap. Not air dry... my car looks worse then before! and doesn't give you a receipt so I couldn't even go inside and get my money back!
