I can sum it up by saying stay away from this shady, dishonest dealership. I am not sure if they were any better as Sunrise Buick GMC, but they are not doing Jim Keras any favors under the new Leadership. They wrote up the deal, put a deposit on the vehicle, came back post Holiday to finalize the purchase…signed all the documents, the sales manager left for the day and once it went to finalize it with finance, the finance guy kept on delaying and socializing with the staff to come back and say that they could not honor the deal because the Manager whom was not there made a mistake stacking offers. The manager didn’t even have the courage to call back the following day to apologize for the error and the time he made me waste. Transparency and Honesty are not part of their business motto!

Financed a car through Sunrise, now Jim Keras, put down a 25% down payment then it broke down 3 days later. Took it back and that was 3 weeks ago ; since then they avoid talking to me on the phone and if I do I can't get a good answer on my car. They won't even give me a loaner. THEY SOLD ME A LEMMON!!! DON'T BUY A CAR FROM THEM!!!

They have had my car since May the 4th. It is still not fixed because they say the part is on back-order. No has ever called to update me. I have to reach out to them. I am to the point where I am going to have my car towed back to my house even if it is not repaired. This level of service is unreal and needs to be investigated.

I love my Yukon but the tires are sharp debris magnets! The road hazard policy has been great! The service dept - especially Adam - has never been anything but nice to me. I do not hesitate to recommend them!

Five stars for the great service I received today at the Sunrise Covington Pike service department. Joey was wonderful. He explained everything in detail, gave me some good follow up information and even showed me some things I didn’t know about my new truck! Thanks Joey!
