These apartments was horrible from the time i moved in i had issues in them mold in my restroom hot water tank burst kitchen lights when you cut them on took hours to come on if too many things was on lights went out half the sockets in the kitchen did not work i had to call code enforcement on them multiple times and then my lease was up for two months because of properties was being sold to new company and when they sent out new lease my rent was raised over $400 dollars and i was given 15 days to sign lease or move so i moved they SUED me. I wouldn’t suggest my dog stay here nor anybody else I’m very disappointed with the new company and old company and i have pics and receipts for everything i’m saying my townhome flooded from a bathtub leak flooded my entire town house i was pregnant during the mold situation had to go to the hospital multiple times so i moved after i had my baby and my lease was up i have more pics but this just to show some stuff.

The front office girl was so sweet and helpful! The whole process start to finish was extremely pleasant and even though they did not have anything available that could fit my needs I will 100% recommend them to family and friends!

I love the community and speaking with the property manager!!! Lashawnda was soo polite helpful and understanding. The outside may need a few cleanup adjustments but the inside of the townhomes are beyond spacious and nice. Very reasonable price for rent. I’ll recommend everyone to apply here

I've scheduled a virtual showing twice at Sunridge Townhomes. Both times, I've been stood up. No notice or anything!!! This is ridiculous!!!

If anyone is looking to move in these townhomes don’t be fooled. Yes they are beautiful on the inside BUT they’ve been “working on” those potholes since I moved in here in 2018. I’ve had to get so many wheel alignments and new tires since moving here, they can’t ever keep maintenance staff, my apartment has had plumbing issues since I moved in and they keep rigging up stuff. My ceiling fell in 2 months after moving in, they fixed it but didn’t get my furniture cleaned as promised. I have 3 bathrooms and non of them work properly. My downstairs toilet kept flooding and causing my floors to tear, maintenance man said he would replace but never did and now it’s torn worse and smells of mildew sometimes. The manager will give you d*** notices but when you need something fix she says well you know I don’t have any maintenance…that’s not our problem. I wasn’t going to sign a new lease last year but she promise to fix things and get my carpet clean since I’ve been here so long…it never happened…I love the structure of my place but I can’t deal with this anymore. My time is up and my patience are worn

I have lived here at Sunridge for almost four years trying to get my tubs resurfaced constantly being given excuses by the prior manager. I would like to Thank Lashonda the new resident manager here at Sunridge Townhomes for after only being here for a short time having my tubs resurfaced and replacing my heating unit this winter instead of constantly patching on it. Kudos to you for actually having some compassion and doing what you say you're going to do. Keep up the good work. Thanks?

For the past 7 months I have has water issues and my ceiling falling in. I have not had properly working toilets the last 2 months and haven't even able to stay there. I've pay someone else to come unclog the toilets but the fix is only temporary. They were told over 2 months ago replace the toilet with no action. Manager has every excuse in the book as to why no one has come out to actually fix the problem or replace anything. I've had to call code enforcement to get involved and I am also working with a lawyer. No one should have to live somewhere with proper toileting or where they have to try and unstop a toilet after after each flush. Manager has a nasty attitude and only wants to discuss rent, but doesn't want to actually fix anything. I wouldn't recommend anyone moving here. They only want you to move in, but won't actually come fix anything that needs to be fixed.

Communication was excellent. The rental process was fairly easy. She was able to answer all my questions even though I felt like I was calling frequently. She was very patient with me and energy was always great. Look forward to an amazing stay here. Thank you

I submitted my application for the Sunridge Townhomes Last Week. However, Mrs. Lashunda is out for the week. I love the fact that they are keeping me informed. I am praying that I get it and that I can move. I am so ready for this journey.

Nothing gets fixed the way it should . I have went without air condition and is currently without heat. I have a leaky bedroom window that has been leaking for 2 years still ain't fixed. birds keep coming in the house upstairs and down.. Save your time and your money and rent elsewhere.Kristina neal
