Before even knowing what my issue is immediately says my rim might be broken he’ll have to replace it and then tried charging almost $400 for a run flat tire I asked for cheaper options then tells me my car doesn’t accept any other tire I told him it’s not the original tire then says my cheapest option is $240 I took my business else where and spent $110 on a new tire he tried lying about the condition of the rim and lying about what my car accepts. bad business

Steve’s tire got me in and out very quickly and I couldn’t be more thankful. I am from out of town and needed my vehicle to get around with my daughter at St. Jude. The guys took care of me and helped me out as much as they could and got me back on the road. Thank you all so much.

Excellent customer service. I have taken my vehicle there multiple times to fix a tire without any appointments and I am always happy after I get my keys back. They are honest about the estimated time needed to fix your vehicle. The price is fair and above average. Great location too. You can just cross the street, get coffee, food or just wait there until the job is completed. The place is nice and quiet and employees are very professional. Thank you for your excellent service.

I had an incredible experience with Steve’s Tire that you should know about. At 2:00PM, on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving, my headlight bulb in my Jeep Grand Cherokee was dead. In February of this year, Steve’s replaced both my headlight bulbs. This bulb was less than a year old. I went in and they replaced the bulb, under warranty despite it being 3 hours before closing time right before a major holiday. That is why I recommend Steve’s Tire. They are there when you need them and when you Really need them.

If you’re looking for an honest and reliable mechanic, look no further. I have been coming here for years and have had only positive experiences. They won’t try to sell you things you don’t need and always own up to any mistakes they make. I won’t take my car anywhere else.

I am very disappointed with the miscommunication at this establishment. I went for a simple tire change and they made the whole transition stressful for no reason. I was quoted a certain price when I originally went , the next day I get a call that my tire was not ordered and that the price is different (higher). I asked the staff specifically would this new price be the price AFTER taxes and labor he stated "YES". When I went to pick up my car, the price was yet again DIFFERENT. The staff either needs to communicate with each other or they need to train every employee again. This is NOT how you handle business.

I drive over an hour to go here because it's the only place that takes my warranty. My issue started last year and right away I like these guys they seemed professional and to be moving cars quickly. I got a couple things done including the wheel bearing, they let me make 2 payments as one the repairs were not covered. Well I came back 4 or 5 times for the wheel bearing and by the 2cnd time I asked why they said the part was probably faulty the 3r or 4th time I asked what could be causing it? Is it something I'm doing they said they could not find anything else wrong. My husband takes it in again for like the 5th time and asks them to check it out. That's when they found the axle issue which apparently is what has been causing it. Here is the issue they were going to replace the wheel bearing for free because its covered under their warranty but the axle we'd be charged for. While my husband was talking to me trying to figure out what to do they put the car all back together gave him the keys and sent him on his way. Did not even fix the wheel bearing. Husband should have went back but at that point after being there for a few hours he decided we are better off going somewhere else. We don't trust these guys at all. I could always tell they don't do the best work on warranty jobs. They literally do only what is required otherwise they would have found that axle job a few visits prior. We are humble live off a fixed income and trying to get back on our feet we don't expect handouts or free work but I do expect something after driving there over 4 times for the same dang issue. It's part my fault because I am not aggressive enough. If you have a lot of money to throw around I'm sure these guys are ok. But if you have a warranty they will do the minimum for sure. I had to wait each time for hours because they don't do appointments and first come first serve. I wasted so much time off of work and gas and money taking it over 4x to them when they could have just looked for the cause the second time. I work for a large tire company and knowxeactly what they are doing.

I've been taking my car to Steve's for almost 6 years now and they've been nothing but kind and professional. I've taken my car for a whole host of issues and it's never been longer than 4 days in the shop. Just recently I took it because my check engine light was on. I took it in at 7:30, right when they open. They had called me by 10 to tell me the diagnosis and it was ready to pick up by 2 the SAME DAY. I know this isn't the case with every car problem, but to compare, the Chevy dealership told me it'd take 3-5 days just to LOOK at it. The price they charged me was fair based on the word of my dad who is a mechanic. And, what's more, when waiting in line, the person in front of me was incredibly rude, and the person at the front desk maintained calm and kindness. Now that is quite the task! Love Steve's Tire and Auto!

I called Steve's Tire and Auto Midtown to ask about have my car diagnosed. I was told it was first come first served and they open at 7:30. It would be $140 and change but if I fixed whatever was wrong with them, that fee would be waved. I thought that was pretty cool they do that. I was literally there at 7:21 and the first person in line and at check in, the guy said "Ok we will call in a little bit." I called at 2:00pm as I hadn't heard anything and was thinking my car was really messed up. Makenzie (sp) answered and said that they hadn't even looked at it yet. It's literally been there for 7 hours and nobody has looked at it? She said well it's first come first served. I responded with the time of my arrival and that I was literally the first person in the door. She then said well we are still catching up from the weekend. This would have been nice to know when I dropped it off. Now that I've wasted almost an entire day waiting for my car I'm taking it somewhere else. When I got there to get it, the three cars that pulled in after me were already gone. No apology, nothing. Terrible customer service. I recommend you go somewhere else and not waste your time.
