Got put on hold for 20 minutes, feeling like I was forgotten about, I called back and got rejected 3 times. He answers and is very rude but seems busy.. could’ve told me to call back later or to even call the next day if he was so busy. I work at Jim Keras Chevy and we give a lot of business to stereo one. Was excited but now I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. Terrible.

I took my vehicle in on a Friday told them the problem I had , I was charged $65 and told to come back on Monday to have it fixed ( he initially said it was the wire) I dropped my car off on Monday and was told it could be up to 3 hrs; I called once the 3rd hour arrived and was told he was working on another car that came in and he would get back on mine when he was finished. When I finally got the guy on the line he says he couldn’t figure out what it was because it is working. My initial problem is the USB/bluetooth not working and the cigarette lighter goes in/out. Once I got there he told me he didn’t take apart anything and there was nothing he could do because it was working for him. He told me I needed to go to the dealership to get a USB part so he can replace it. I wouldn’t suggest any WOMAN go anywhere without a man the whole experience was unprofessional and now for all I know parts could be swapped or stolen because of no real knowledge of the stereo. I feel so bad I even did it to myself but a heads up to anyone don’t let them assess anything without knowing because they know you don’t know! I was charged $65 for him to plug his phone in….

I had an issue with a radio I got awhile back and they readily honored the warranty and were happy to provide quick service to get me listening to music again!

Maannn I've been waiting since 5/25/23 for my lambo hinges.They came in 8/9/23 I was told. Dropped my car following week 8/15/23 haven't even touched it 8/18/23 I hate when they lie just to get business I don't understand. Bad Business ??

Nice people but I feel like they’ve gotten over on me. I’ve gotten my radio installed in December 2021 it’s July 2023 and I’ve been having to go up to stereo one every couple months since the install because my air stopped working (literally been less than a month since air went back out). This has happened winter and summer and nothing is fun about not having air/heat or getting told they are not sure why it keeps going out. It’s quit annoying and I just want the issue solved.

Fix my problem on my vehicle's liftgate. The gentleman went above and beyond to find out what was going on with my vehicle. 901 Sound on Covington Pike gave me the run around. So disappointed in Kevin.....Thanks Again.

Absolutely a great shopping experience. After my husband didn’t find what he was looking for at 901 Sounds.. Stereo one had it all. All from great prices to exceptional customer service. Everyone that works at Stereo one is very experience and knowledgeable. Mr. Jeff was wonderful he answered all the questions my husband had and was very helpful.

I have good customer service, they just see you and they don't serve you quickly. I'm not demanding, it just took 15 to 20 minutes to stop and nothing, I asked for a price for two devices and they only gave me one and never the other, so it's very bad service, He came ready to fill my truck with real sound
