My husband and I had the WORST experience ever with this place..To start, let me say the only reason I took my car to Tire Choice is because we have taken it here before a couple of times and we received really great service under Vernon (who by the way is no longer with this company)...Our truck was towed in on Monday evening, Oct. 2nd..Tuesday Afternoon, Oct. 3rd, we called for an update as to what they found wrong, estimated costs and repair timeframe...Manager Dave advised their 80 year old mechanic (Yes, you read that correctly EIGHTY) had high blood pressure and was unable to start and should be back in office by Thursday, Oct 5th..We call Thursday afternoon for an update and they had not started...We call Friday afternoon, Oct. 6th around 12 Noon and we were given the verdict on what repairs needed to be done as well as a price, so finally after 4 days of being stagnant we feel like we are beginning to make some progress even though we're looking down the barrel of a $6,700 price tag...Supposedly they are working on our truck all day Friday and Saturday...Fast forward to Monday morning, Oct. 9th, called for an update and we were told that everything should be ready to go by end of day today (Monday) or no later than tomorrow morning (Tuesday, Oct. 10th)...Oh mind you we rented a car thinking 1 week should be sufficient to get all repairs completed, so of course this means we needed to extend the rental date...Extended the rental to WEDNESDAY Oct. 11th, thinking SURELY this is ample time and we should be good to go, right???? WRONG!!! Wednesday Morning we stop by the store to see what progress had been made...We were told that the repairs were 80% complete and the store manager demanded half the payment due to the ticket being such a large amount (NOTE: Again, we randomly stopped by so if we had not done so, how would they have gotten half the amount because no one had contacted us regarding money)..We paid $3617.85 with no problem based on their Word that the repairs were almost complete...The manager said his staff told him before he left Wednesday evening all repairs were complete...Fast forward to FRIDAY Yall we go to the shop to find our truck disassembled in a thousand pieces as if it were still on the assembly line so how were the repairs complete?!?!?!? Needless to say we hit the ceiling of patience and being done and some unpleasant words were exchanged...The manager, Dave, had the audacity to call the police and made a complaint of trespassing and harassment...ARE YOU F***ING KIDDING ME?????? I'm trespassing when you have my entire vehicle busted down to the studs and parts all over the garage floor?...Ignoring phone calls, we have gotten so many different stories and lies and its just unjust treatment...They are severely understaffed with uncertified mechanics working in their shop not making it in every day until nearly Noon when they open at 7:30am...A hot mess....All we want is our vehicle repaired as promised...We don't have a promise paying for service, but the issue is unprofessionalism, unaccountability and underhanded activities like adding services that were not discussed....I am not please with this company!!

Identical services at Firestone was $112.74 vs Tirechoice $143.07..I got my vehicle back with greasy hand prints on the hood and door. Both trip odometers had been reset. The radio was on,. I never listen to the radio.Click

Sorry, but some of these reviews are on to something. My experience 2 days ago was similar. I went online to make an appointment, then realized I needed to move it, and called them direct. I spoke with the older gentleman there who seems tired and uninterested in doing business. I then "made an appointment" telling him my issue (exhaust), and he said, "just show up at 0800." I did, and when checking in he said "you should have called me, because our guy that does that comes in 0900-1000, I said I did call and you made the appointment. At which he said, it wasn't him. He took my info, keys, and I asked if there is anything from me, he said no-he'll call with information. I left and waited for the call. Around 1500, I called to ask on status, he said he was getting it ready now - he called me back a few minutes later saying it needed replacement, and $1200. I said, thanks, I'll get a second opinion or at least save a little as it was not critical. He said okay and told me it was going to cost $90 today. I went over and told him he should have had me sign something or at least inform me of the cost just for diagnostics, he said that I should've known that. The older gentleman was not mean or rude, just indifferent and lacking real understanding of customer service to keep folks informed of costs. If this is the type of folks they are okay with hiring and retaining after these reactions, then I need to go somewhere else.

It was just what you get when you go to get an oil change. New techs left shop items on seat, floor mat, around steering wheel. He should have taken those out of my vehicle before he turned it back over to me. Also , didn't rotate my tires.

I wanted an oil change and the two front tires that keep losing air pressure checked. The front desk clerk stated that synthetic oil was what his system recommended for my car and the starting price was $100. At first I refused this service, but while the mechanic was removing a nail and repairing the driver’s side front tire, I changed my mind and told the clerk to do the oil change. After replacing the driver’s side front tire, the mechanic did the oil change. I never saw him check the passenger side front tire as I had requested. I inquired about this but the front desk clerk assured me that the tire was okay, but if I had trouble bring it back. Well, two days later the air pressure in that tire has gone from 30 to 28. I’m going back for that tire to be checked, but if had been checked when I was there, I wouldn’t need to go back.

This place is laughable. I have been using for around a year, as my dad referred me and spent around $1200 for a set of new tires back in August 2022. Fast forward to now and I needed a tire plugged, and they can't fix it because I need a new tire. I told them I just got the tires in August and got an alignment from them in December. They were adamant on "Well you didn't get the road hazard insurance." No, I didn't but I spent 1200 for new tires, as well as 150 on an alignment within the span of 9 months. The guy's name is Robert - very condescending and rude, btw proceeds to say "Well you got cheap tires, I wouldn't put those on a golf cart." Hmm... well then why do you sell them if you don't believe in them. Just wack - I called corporate to see what they could do, but the best Steve, the area manager could offer me was 10% off of a tire, whose brand I've never heard of for $297, without tax. CLOWNS. My father nor I will be back. Their customer service was much better when Vernon was there. Haven't seen him the last few times I've been in. I actually found on samsclub.com that they can do 4 brand new Goodyear tires for my vehicle for 896 - tax and all - $300 well below what this joke of a place charged me, then proceeds to tell me is cheap. Sorry, I didn't realize spending $1,200 at your establishment is "cheap." I recommend anyone thinking about coming here to buy a sams membership if you don't have one and take your car there. Cheaper, and actual brand tires I've heard of.

We are driving home to Canada and heard a strange noise with our vehicle. Asked the hotel who they would recommend and they said tire choice. Arrived to the store at 7:30 am opening time and dealt with the wonderful James at the storefront and he got us in really quick- he was kind, helpful and got us back on the road under 45 mins from when the store opened. Tightened something for us and sent us on our way. Trustworthy place- now time to get back to Canada!

My car wouldn’t start and needed immediate assistance,Tire Choice Auto was the first to come to mind. I called and a wonderful man named James W. answered the phone and I let him know what I needed. He said you’re in good hands here, and he delivered his promise. I am up and running and the repair time is A-1. Mr. James W. thank you for taking care of me, excellent customer service ??~Adrian M.

Today was my first time going to Tire Choice. All of the previous reviews talking about how great Vernon and everyone are is absolutely correct! I live in Arlington but plan to go to this location from now on. You really cannot beat great service and reasonable prices!

Excellent/Top-Notch customer service! The absolute best auto service I have received in years. No hassle at all; In and out within 20 minutes flat. The manager on duty - Mr. Vernon Randolph, was simply amazing!! I HIGHLY recommend this location for ALL of your auto (tire) service needs.

My daughter went there to get her tires checked and the guy helping her had the worst attitude he acted as though she was being a pest or something, he literally looked at her tires aired them up and said it’s nothing wrong and sent her on her way we live less than a mile from the shop by the time she got home her tire pressure lights lit up. they were disrespectful, unprofessional, and very rude we will patronize that business ever again I’d rather go across town????♂️??♂️??

Found this place after troubles with Autonation 365. Totally, 100% honest. Didn't charge me for anything unnecessary and price was very fair. Vernon's my guy from now on. I totally recommend him. It's hard to find a trustworthy car mechanic. The other reviews speak for themselves!
