I visited Tire Choice on 11/01 after my tire light came on (I’m assuming because of the cold). I didn’t have a tire gauge and I was driving a company vehicle. The gentleman at the desk greeted me and was very nice. I explained my situation and he told me to pull up to the bay and he would check the tire pressure for me. He didn’t have me get out of the car because it was cold. He checked and aired up all of my tires for me and told me I didn’t have pay anything. It was incredibly nice and sweet of him to take care of me and get me back on the road. I regret not getting his name to give a shout-out in this review.

I called all around town and this was literally the only place that had my size tires in stock and immediate availability to get them installed. The price was cheaper than most places I was quoted as well. I appreciate y'all so much!!! Thank you!

About a month ago was the last time I took my car to be serviced. I thought they was a good company until I took my car to be serviced at another place. I was informed that the last place to service my car broke something on my car while servicing it. What bothered me the most is they didn't even bother to tell me about it instead they just pretended nothing happened. I'm writing his review because I don't want anyone who gets their cars serviced here to experience what I did. We work hard and some of us pay notes on our cars. I don't recommend this company to anyone.

Anthony is terrible with customer service and is incredibly lazy and sloppy . He does not smile or make you feel like as a customer you are important .

The mechanics are great! My vehicle does not give me any problems after their work is finished on it. The office staff has patience and they get all loose ends of the paper work taken care of! I only use this location!

I stopped in on my way out of town because my tire light came on...Anthony and his team found the problem, explained that the light came on due to the car sitting idle for several weeks, they inflated the tires to the proper settings and didn't charge me for their time and service. I'd recommend them to anyone...it's great to know that businesses still operate with integrity and honesty. Thanks Tire Choice!!!

The service here is outstanding, my Father would buy his tires from here when it was Ward Grimes Tire, the store has changed names since then BUT the service is still geared toward the customer! Anthony the Manager know his Customers by name and and the same with the skilled Technicians.

I brought in 2 cars for oil changes and they were both serviced in a timely manner. Although I was the first customer, the time of servicing was done faster than I thought it would happen.
