We stayed at this hotel as a family, we were a group of 13 and we had a great time. I must highlight the cleanliness, the comfort of the beds made in an impeccable way, the pillows were very very comfortable, the kitchen was a super good extra, it had everything we needed for a light stay, even so we were able to prepare food for everyone. We really liked that the bathroom and the additional sink have dispensers with Dove products, and extra, small bar soaps, body lotion, shampoo and conditioner in dispensers so you can use as much as you need, and also makeup remover wipes. It is not like other hotels that put the shampoo and soap in small containers. No..... this hotel has been more generous. The breakfast was good, the fruits were fresh, there was milk of various types, yogurt, cereals, eggs, sausages, and everything that is generally found in hotels. A nice hotel, it smells clean, there is no smell of humidity, the interior decoration could be more modern, that would enhance the spaces... green plants and flowers are always a YES. In our room there was a table to eat and another for work, an excellent sofa bed and sheets, blankets and pillows were ready. We appreciate the hospitality. Without a doubt, we will return.

The room was overall good. The beds were clean and comfy. But half the outlets didn't work, luckily there were a lot of outlets to choose from.
The staff was friendly but nothing above and beyond, granted we only stayed one night and didn't have any issues requiring additional help.
The location was fine but far from the main Memphis attractions. The parking was rough and we ended up parking in the back next to a car that was clearly broken into.

Stay here if you want your car broken into. I saw 3 cars parked near mine (directly up against the building) with smashed windows in the morning. I generally always stay at various Staybridge's around the country. This one is lacking fit and finish in the rooms and hallways. It's old. I will not return.

A front desk staff says all you need about a hotel. Rude, unfriendly staff. Hotel is good enough for a traveling to pass through.

Clean rooms, well priced, and in a convenient area for business. Very authentically friendly and helpful staff.
Food & drinks: They served a free Korean taco dinner. It was simple but really delicious. With free wine and beer.

Great place to stay rooms are kept up nicely and clean, small eating area which has a decent menu of food.
Rooms: Rooms are great there more as a suite if you just want to stay in and cook yourself spacing is great if you have big luggage with you.

This was an interesting stay. Booking the room was chaotic. In part due to circumstances beyond their control, the weather . But the rest was on them. Their 48 hours cancelation policy is no exceptions. Then to get a member rate you have to go online.Who wants to deal with rebooking online after spending the day traveling, dealing with wondering if you are going to get your flight cancelled etc.Then the rats quoted online came back twenty to thirty dollars a night more than when I clicked on the room, and pretty much the rates I was being quoted at check in with out having to deal with online.They did upgrade my room which was a kind gesture but I would have been comfortable with the queen room as well.This hotel gets a lot of phone calls and should consider two people at their front desk. Ironically the only time I didn't have to wait for them to get off the phone was when I allowed extra time to check out.Breakfast was good, their head chef loves to feed you and it shows. He was so helpful and kind also clearing away your dishes, doing everything possible to make sure you had a wonderful breakfast daily!Rooms were clean, once again no hand soap left in the bathroom but it was available at the front desk. Dish soap was available in the meantimeOverall it was a good stay, I'd stay here again. But compared to the smooth experience at other places, it wasn't a four and five are reserved for extraordinary experiences...

I love the fact that the coffee pot was clean, they leave you coffee tea with plenty of creamer and sugar, you have more than enough cooking supplies plenty of salt and pepper, a pitcher inside the refrigerator for you to use and they leave you a bag of microwave popcorn!!! Definitely a nice clean place to stay.
