Drove a while to get there and the security guard wouldn’t let us in because ‘you can only get to the gift shop on a tour and there are no tours allowed”. ?♂️

I called after Christmas 2023 to place a donation, & order a tshirt from the St. Jude Gift Shop / online store. Order information never went through, causing donation & order to be non existent.The employee on the phone sounded overjoyed to do this (process donation /order) for me, but now it was all for nothing! I WILL NOT EVER BE ORDERING OR DONATING AGAIN!! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.! If I could rate them a zero, I would! Don't be fooled, people!

Drove over an hour to visit the gift shop and support the hospital only to be told the gift shop was closed to the public! No mention of anything on website or when doing a basic google search. Ridiculous to be turned away at the gate by a very rude employee.

Quiet place with a big selection of clothing. More inside than it looks. Cashiers are very nice and always have a sale for patients.

They always have sales and good deals on clothing and items. And what better charity or cause can you give them for the kids of St Jude. I will always be a donator and contributor
