My car got stuck on Wednesday 2/17 /2021 in the snow storm i had to make a emergency run to get my 91 year young mother her groceries and prescriptions. My car slid down a hill that my mom lives on top of the first tow truck got stuck and the other 4 towing companies either canceled wanted to wait until Saturday or didn't show up. These brothers should up on time and took less than 30 minutes to pull my car up the hill i had been trying to get back home from 2/17/21 until 2/19/21 they did the damn thing i just wished that i would have found them on Wednesday i highly recommend there services very professional. ???Service: Car towing

I wouldn't recommend this company. High priced poor service. I was charged 100 dollars to get my car towed not even 5 minutes up the road from where it broke down. The driver tried to pull the black card speaking about they're a black company. To me they are the worst people to deal with half the time. Your own people do you the worst. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. After I posted this review I received a call from the driver harassing me and threatening me on why I left this honest review. I had a car that needed to be picked up with a flatbed and I requested that. A wheel lift type was what they sent out. This meant the rear end of my car was dragging on the ground. To make matters worse the truck operator used my car’s tow hook to RAISE the car off the ground to slide the wheel lift underneath. The hook is designed to pull a car onto a flatbed NOT Lift it off the ground. I would never call these people again.
