It's too much the type. The worst customer service experience I have ever had from the Union store to Poplar. After this year, I am letting T-mobile go. I'm searching for a new provider now.

Lies! Do NOT shop with Tmobile! This location sold us some phones and since we have switched services we have received a bill 2 months later for over $600. We were told that we were not in a contract but we are charged because we were supposed to stay with them for 24 months. Make it make sense!

Horrible customer service every time we come here. They tell us to sit and wait, then you end up waiting for an hour or more. Their workers are extremely slow and lazy- they just stand around and can't be bothered to help or answer questions or anything.

I called to speak with someone about my plan and a man named Malcolm answered the phone and while I was talking he hung up mid sentence. Very poor customer service.

Phenomenal service all around!! I visited this store back in January 2023 and was helped by Cheston. He's a very nice guy and he answered all of my questions. I was curious about upgrading my current iPhone and he handled it like a pro.I then returned in early March 2023 and was helped by Carlos. Cheston was not there that day but no matter. Carlos helped me with all of my iPhone needs and answered even more questions. He also installed a new tempered glass screen protector and it was done within a few minutes. I highly recommend the GO-TO screen protectors as they are super easy to install. Carlos went above and beyond and I was highly satisfied.I really am very surprised at all the negative reviews. Here's the thing. You have to go in to a cell phone store prepared and ready to ask questions for whatever problems you are having. You cannot go in there and not know what you are there for. When I was there the last two times, other people were very impatient because it's like they really don't know what they are doing there to begin with. You have to be prepared. I went in to get a new iPhone 14 Pro Max, with a tempered glass screen protector and mobile phone insurance. I waited my turn, patiently, and when it was time, I asked questions about anything that was necessary.When you are prepared to do business, then you won't be there very long. Thank you for the help and support, T-Mobile. I will be back. Take care.

Nothing to do with the store it's self but a few weeks ago (can't remember when exactly) my phone got broke (by falling) my husband went through the insurance to replace it I sent the old one back through the mail well he was told they never got it. When I put it in the drop box at USPS it's out of our hands now T-Mobile is charging us for 4 phone and we only have 3 working phones on our account. Definitely will be switching phone companies ASAP besides that we are always having problems with our phones. Always restarting our phones calls don't come through are wont go out. My phone acts like I have no service one to many times

They write up a trade in on your phone then after they transfer your old phone to new one the deal they worked up is not available total rip off !

So I have protection-360 at T-Mobile. I wanted to replace my screen protector and I was still charged! I even told the black male that protection-360 COVERS screen protectors. He said it does not. I CALLED T-MOBILE CUSTOMER SERVICE later that night and they tell me it does cover it and gave me a full refund!!! TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES. Ridiculous. Do I need to start printing out the protection-360 plan whenever I stop by now???

Awesome service with Malcolm at the Popular/ Memphis, TN location. I just got off from a longggggg day of work and went just to switch my SIM card from Sprint to T- mobile. I ended up upgrading my phone. He was very friendly and helpful with uploading my old phone to my new phone and very personable while training other employees. You need more workers like this!

I went in to drop off my wifi box as instructed by a phone customer service agent. Once I finally got waited on and told the guy what I was doing he instantly said "we don't take them back unless you have the label already on the box!" I turned the box over and guess what THERE WAS THE LABEL!!! He then told me they don't take them back and to go to a UPS store instead. I explained to him what I was told on the phone and he told me those phone agents never know what they're talking about...and that they don't take them back unless I bought it directly from them less than 14 days ago. Again this is not what I was told on the phone but his nonchalant attitude like I was bothering him is what really rubbed me wrong. Unfortunately I didn't get a look at his name otherwise I'd surely put it on this post!

I read a review and the reviewer was spot on too. in my case, I was trying to get a upgrade to my phone, and I was under the impression that I could upgrade easily , which wasn't the case. The Lady that helped me was helpful, yet she seemed like she was giving me the correct info and when I walked out of the store. I didn't get the upgrade, I came to the realization, the upgrade program is nonexistant, you have to pay for them. I started sorting it out in my mind realizing Im not paying $150 a month for nobody's cellular service, for one phone.? I started to reflect on the data breach they had whereby my personal data was leaked out to the dark web. I called them, complained and questioned them about it. I'm going to take legal action against them, cause I had to place a fraud alert on my credit file too. The more I started thinking bout T mobile, made me realize, how unhappy I was and I want the issues, I have with T-mobile resolved. So I give them a ?, they really don't deserve one star ?
