I got my hair cut from hailee a little over a week ago. I left with cuts and raised skin from her clippers. She didnt seem to know what she was doing with the clippers and she looked very nervous about doing my cut. I wish she would have told me, but instead i left unsatisfied with the cut, and in pain from the cuts on my neck (which are still healing, looks like i got attacked by a cat, it). I also had to use my husbands clippers when i got home bc she had still missed lots of long hair around my sides and she didnt get behind my ears at all. I had to show my reference photo multiple times and asked why she was doing something else that was different and then she would get back on track. Almost like she was zoning out. I used to come here all the time, but once i moved a little farther away i stopped for a while. I wont be coming back now. I shouldnt have to fix my own haircut as i am not a stylist. And i definitely shouldnt have to leave in pain from a haircut. Waste of money
Requested style: Very short, shaved sides and back using a 1 guard, almost pixie cut look with the bang laying over my forhead and all the too hair kinda pushed forward.

BEWARE. If I could give zero stars, I would. Spend your money ANYWHERE else. The “stylist” Madelyn, did my hair and I couldn’t be more upset/appalled at the lack of knowledge for coloring and color removal as well as the blatant lack of respect for the customer on the part of both Madelyn and who I assume was the person in charge, Mandy. Neither introduced themselves to me so I had to assume/ask.I asked for a cut and color removal so that I could get all over color that would match my roots. I made it clear that I was growing out my roots and didn’t want color remover on them. The stylist said she’d try to keep it off my roots because the remover could lighten them. She did not. By the end of the processing time, I had multiple sections with level 8/9 HOT ROOTS. I expressed my concerns and was brushed off. “You just have to trust the process,” was what Madelyn chose to tell me. No apology. No acknowledgment that she’d done exactly what she said she wouldn’t do. She then began to add the color, without discussing the shades with me and I had to ask what she was putting on my hair. She was very rough with her application and by the time, I was under the processing dryer, my scalp was irritated. The longer I sat there, the more irritated my scalp became. It was burning to the point that I had to remove the dryer head and sit additional time without heat. After a few minutes, I couldn’t stand the burn any longer and asked to be rinsed by another stylist who had to call Madelyn over, because Madelyn was nowhere to be seen. While rinsing, she was rough with me again. I asked her to be gentle and she didn’t respond. I asked if she heard me and she only said, “‘mmhmm.” That’s when Mandy came over and began inspecting my scalp. She stated that it did not appear burnt and that was all she would say. I told them at that point that I had to leave with wet hair because I was already long over the time I was supposed to be there and no one was making any attempt to rectify the situation. They went on the charge me the full amount, $250, and still made no apologies, only excuses. Mandy refused to believe what I told her had happened with Madelyn. I told her a review would be coming about this disaster of an experience and she only said, “that’s fine.”I got home to find a splotchy mess. The color didn’t cover Madelyn’s handy work with the remover. I’ve never felt so betrayed and belittled by a salon in my life. TRUST ME. Go. Somewhere. Else.Service: Haircut

This place was dirty and there was a puppy inside. Hair and dust everywhere. Dogs should not be in a public place without warning. My allergies are bothered.Service: Haircut

Horrible experience with Madelyn and Mandi. I can’t believe the reviews this place has. I was robbed of $250 and my hair is damaged and streaked. Poor communication, poor listening skills, poor application of harsh chemicals to remove color. Just terrible. Never a single apology or acknowledgment that mistakes had been made.

Madelyn is great! Very knowledgeable about hair and so nice. I get nervous about people cutting my hair since I like my length, but she did great! Made sure about the length I wanted cut off and even did layers to frame my face. I will definitely be using her to cut my hair from now on!
