Full almond gel set done in 45 minutes. Only a 20 minute wait time for walking in on a Friday. I paid $62. Employees were friendly and knew a lot of customers by name. Probably the best set I have ever gotten. Dinners, Drive Ins and Dives was on the TV. I would highly recommend.

Splendid employees cater more to a “certain clientele” more so than others. They are very nice to them and ask that “certain clientele” about their entire family by name. Me, I've went to this shop for over 20 years and have seen it go from basic (airbrush nails) to low upscale. Truth be told Mike is the only one that has been consistent and bothered to learn my name. The rest especially Danny, Andy, Karen and even Emily very condescending, unfriendly and sometimes downright rude along with the new ones that come and go. I believe some businesses start out humble and as they make more money they become very arrogant and rude (speaking from experience) and have forgotten those clients that were there to support them to get to where they are now. Granted they do great work and I’ve tried to come back a few times and each time I’ve felt unwelcome. So never again will I step a toe back in Splendid Nails take your blk dollars where you’re wanted.

Love this place! They are very friendly. The only thing that I don't like is that they schedule about five 9:00am at once. So, in essence, I still end up waiting when I get there on time.Sign: Neat and beautiful nails my way

This is the best nail salon in the city - hands down. The techs are all so skilled and super detail oriented. The atmosphere is so laid back - exactly what you need when you’re going to spend time pampering yourself! Danny, Andy, Amy and the rest of the crew are so welcoming and fun. Danny even serenades us sometimes. While his voice isn’t perfect (sorry Danny), his humor and enthusiasm more than make up for it! Get your manicures here and you’ll always leave with a smile on your face and good looking nails on your hand.

I had to think long and hard about writing this review because this is overall a good shop. However, they don't believe in life happening. I had an appointment but had a work emergency and forgot all about the appointment. Once I thought about it, the shop was closed. I tried calling the next day to apologize, but the call went straight to voicemail. it took me a few weeks to finally realize I had been blocked. One missed appointment due to no fault of my own, BLOCKED! Once I realized I was blocked I called from another number to make an appointment to return. I made that appointment , but I realized that would be my last time visiting the shop because they don't deserve me as a customer.

This salon is a 10/10! I have been getting my nails done here for 4 years now and I’m never disappointed! Michael, Danny, and Andy are excellent nail techs. The salon is extremely clean and the atmosphere is so nice.Services: Nail art
