I walked past their welcoming entrance that states clearly “WE SELL. BUY, FIX & UNLOCK ALL PHONES” I’m not sure if I’m blind. But the guy at the register looked at me and told me they DO NOT buy phones. He was very unwelcoming and plus he lied. I’ll never be back.

Horrible customer service. Daughter had to use restroom and guy at the counter said "No Bro!" The thought of buying a phone from them disappeared.
