I appreciate the fact that I can use my card (debit/credit)...laundromat is clean with a variety of sizes for washing and drying and they offer rolling baskets and folding tables. I drive here from midtown (Memphis Zoo/Overton Park) area and I have NO complaints. Thank you SMA ????

We are visiting from Australia - we needed clothes washed. We arrived at SMA Social Suds - I was helped by a lovely lady who indicated I needed to call Jimmy. I call Jimmy and two minutes later he comes in - we agree on a price and he tells me the 18lbs of washing will be ready and folded in 3&1/2 hours. When we come back - washing is all done - clothes beautifully folded and smelled great. We love the concept of the SMA community and wish you all well going forward. I just love this place. I like how they keep it up nice and clean. Also, I like it how they got it set up to pay for the dryers and washers. I have never seen anything like that at a laundry mat. Keep up the good work y'all!

I came here only twice and on my second time, all of my clothing got bleach stains all over them even though I did not use bleach. This probably happened from people not knowing where to pour in bleach and a little remained for the next cycle which was mine. It will be super costly to replace everything and needless to say I will not be back here.

10/09/22 I have never in my life been kicked out of a Laundromat before my clothes dried whenever I was already inside before closing time. This night manager is extremely rude and openly complaining about his job and how he needs a new job in front of all the customers, and began turning off the lights 15 minutes before closing time and yelling for everybody to get out in 10 minutes because he was locking the doors in exactly 10 minutes. Everybody was taking home wet laundry because of this unprofessional behavior. If you want to kick everybody out exactly at closing time then at least have the common sense to warn customers BEFORE starting their wash cycles!!!!! NEVER coming back here again horrific customer "service."
