I had a rather frustrating experience with the Sleep Number queen foundation I purchased from this company. Initially, I was pleased with the product, but it soon began to show significant signs of wear and tear. The foundation started sagging and bowing in the middle, which made my sleep uncomfortable.To make matters worse, the support beams eventually cracked and separated from the edge pieces, rendering the foundation practically useless. I reached out to the store for a warranty claim, and they did replace it once, which I appreciated. However, the replacement foundation ended up suffering from the same issues.My attempt to warranty it again turned into a runaround, which left me feeling very frustrated and dissatisfied with the customer service. I felt like I was not getting the support I needed, both from the product and the company.In the end, I had no choice but to purchase a standard box spring to provide the support my mattress needed, as the Sleep Number foundation continued to disappoint and was unusable. It was disappointing to have to spend extra money due to a product's quality and the difficulties in obtaining a replacement.Overall, my experience with this Sleep Number queen foundation was marked by product quality issues and less-than-ideal customer service. I hope that others do not encounter similar problems with their purchases.

Haven't received the bed yet. But the buying process was top notch. Sleep Number really has it "dialed in" when it comes to finding the best bed for your sleep. Can't wait to get the sleep Number bed and start getting some quality sleep.

The sales rep was very helpful and patient in exploring my choices. He discussed various options with explanations for which type of pillow I should use. He provided the opportunity for me to physically test the comfort of various options. I will definitely return.

As the family is growing and two kids getting in the bed it was time to upgrade. We came into the store and first thing we were great if with was some jokes and a friendly smile from Ms. Maria. She was super friendly didn’t try to push products or up sale us. I had to take a star off due to the malfunction of the system charging us twice. However, even on her day off Ms. Maria called us and fixed the issue and got us the bed we wanted.

I love these beds at friends' house and now I have my own. My only complaint is how convoluted their computer system is. It took HOURS to buy this bed. Seriously, I bought a $40,000 car faster.
