I went to the store on Summer Ave. Bought a adjustable base for my bed from them. That I really like so far. The sales man Charles was very nice. He told me everything I needed for the base. Ex. What kind of mattress and more. I told him that I would get the base, but I need them to put it together. He told me 90% of the time they put it together unless they are busy. So I expressed to him several times that I needed them to put it together. I even said I would pay extra. The day they delivered it. The man said that they do NOT put them together and he never does. I told him to take it back to the store and he would not. Probably because it was hard getting it up my stairs and the older man he had with him was not much help. I tried calling the store, with no success. Needless to say I had to pay $80 to someone to put it together for me. I got stiffed twice. My problem is just tell me the the honest truth. I hate that people don’t care anymore. It hurts, but I know it’s reality. If you shop there good luck is all I can say. I just wanted to let them know how I feel.

I have blood everywhere on mattress couldn’t get exchange nor refund haven’t had it 10 hours and paid 1100 for it worst place to buy mattress beware

If you need a supported mattress DONT BUY ONE HERE. All of them are bad and nasty. Bought one when I took the plastic off it had a yellow circular stain in the middle of it and found a tag under that stated it was moved from a Warehouse in 2017 and it is now 20121. When I took it back the owner told me I could only exchange it or loose my money. All of the other mattresses on the floor were dirty with stains as well. Who in the hell would want to pay $800 for dirty mattress??? When I purchased it the guy told me all of their mattresses were new.. how does new mattresses have stains on them and no manufacture tags?... Then he told me the stain probably came from residue when they go through cleaning process... why would you have to clean a new mattress... and the stain would oddly be in the middle and yellow.. yeah right. This company is guaranteed selling used mattresses and for the prices in store you can go buy a "New" at a Legit mattress store. The mattress I switched for is Terrible my back has never hurted this bad sleeping on a mattress. I wouldn't recommend a squirrel to this store. Big Tip Go Get A New Mattress

Don't go anywhere else for your mattress needs! We shopped around at almost every place in Memphis, and it was always the same - pushy salespeople who don't listen to what you want and only take you to the most expensive mattresses. We stopped here on a whim, and we are so glad that we did. We found a mattress that was more comfortable than any that the other places had to offer, and it was 1/4 of the price! The guy who helped us was extremely friendly, and we really appreciated that he let us look around on our own (instead of following our every move and trying to convince us that we just had to have a $700 adjustable base with the $1700 uncomfortable mattress - I'm looking at you, Mattress Firm). Thank you, Sleep Station!

Great price! Me and my dad were there less than 30 mins that's because we were talking....I got a great king mattress,rails,box springs,and sheet set all for less than $900........which is great every other store had me at a $1000 mattress.... Recommend them to anyone and everyone... professional, informative, affordable! Purchased today 4/11/2020

So I searched the city looking for a King sized pillow top mattress that would cost less than $350. The search was super frustrating because everyone’s prices were $500 and up. I popped in to Sleep Station and there it was!!!! A king sized pillow top mattress for $299 plus taxes brand new was smiling at me!!! Thank you Sleep Station! If you are looking for affordable mattresses, please don’t waste time with the other guys. Sleep Station is the place to go!!!

Love this place. Great service. Doesn't get any better. Great prices. Got a queen size firm on sale for $399 and I'm sleeping like a baby. Very comfortable. Billy (couldn't remember his name when I first posted) is a first rate sales person. I went to get my truck and he was waiting on the curb with my mattress over his head. LOL seriously folks. That's service with a smile. I bought a mattress from them when they were next to the Pancake Shop. The location has changed but the service has not. 5 Star

I think they sell drugs tbh. They've been open for years and years and I've never seen more than on or two cars there. How else would they be still open..?
