If I could give this place zero I would! First off I wanted a pair of shoes that were really high up because they didn’t have my size on the lower shelves in arch support which is what I was told by a doc I needed and the girl gave me a really nasty look and told me to look for another shoe I liked because she did not want to use the ladder?!?!? Like ain’t that your job?? She said that to me!! Then when I went to ask her for help again she was on the phone on what you can obviously tell was a personal and very disturbing phone call … IN FRONT OF A LINE OF CUSTOMERS WAITING TO CHECK OUT AND ASK FOR ASSISTANCE!!!! People just started putting their merchandise down and walking out like 5 people walked out! Thats really pathetic for a store to do that I don’t care how understaffed you are! It’s no excuse to treat your customers like trash and like they are a waste of your time!! I even saw the girl disrespecting a NURSE like myself by telling her her current sketchers looked perfectly fine and asked her why she wanted new ones ?!?!? LIKE ARE YOU SERIOUS!!! Are you so lazy and desperate for your customers to leave that badly ! I didn’t use to believe the bad things people said about this store but my experience spoke volumes that this place is a waste of a city space and they could have something better in this leasing space!!!!!

I had passed by this store several times with the intent on visiting. Today I had a chance to do just that 5/11 around 5:30 pm. I will never come back to this location!! The staff is so pre occupied on other things they did not acknowledge any customers. I believe the manager or assistant was very rude when I asked a question as if she did not want to be bothered. I felt very unwelcomed so I walked out.However, the sketchers brand is suitable for my feet. Moving forward I will continue to purchase them on line.

Two clerks at the counter that offered no help to me or another customer looking for sizes. I was told the size i wanted was up on the wall and was offered a ladder to climb. She finally went up and got the size when i said I would not climb her ladder.

I recently started buying Sketchers a year ago and I’m pleased with the comfort. This store is always clean and organized. I enjoy browsing the variety of selections.

I took my niece back to school shopping for new shoes. We went on a Wednesday night. There was a ton of selection for her. She was in a size 2.5, going in 2nd grade. They had a back to school sale with buy 1 get 1 half off. She picked out 2 pair of shoes she loved and 2 packs of new socks all for about $70. I'm thrilled with her shoes and so is she. It was great to have the place almost to ourselves for shopping!

I took my 75 year old mother out to get a pair of shoes that would be light on jer fight and easy to put on. She uses a wheelchair to get around. The doors to the Skecher Warehouse accommodated her chair, and the aisles were spaced just right for the chair to go up and down. The staff helped open the doors as well. That itself made the trip easy, and she found the new slide ons. She says they feel so good to her feet .

I purchased a pair of Skechers GORUN Max Cushion for walking in New York. They were extremely comfortable and lightweight. I will definitely purchase another pair!

A wide range of comfortable shoes with pleasant employees. Brenda made us feel so good about coming in and shopping with them. Great attitude from her in a time where so many employees could care less. Tell her we thought she was awesome.

I love Skechers, but will probably never purchase another pair due to tonight’s experience in this store. My 9 year old son was YELLED at by an employee. She could have easily spoken to my husband or myself if she thought he was out of line and we would have handled it. We were not more than a few feet away and she knew we were all together. This is not the first time I’ve dealt with a rude employee at this store, and I’ve never complained. However, I can guarantee I will not be spending another dime to support a company that employs people who think it’s okay to berate and humiliate a child for any reason. It’s really a shame as I’ve been a loyal customer for years. Luckily, I’ve recently discovered On cloud sneakers. This employee refused to give her name, so whoever you are, my feet thank you.

During all of my time here in Memphis which has been all of my life I've seen I've passed by this Skechers Warehouse several times, but this was my very first visit and my experience was a very great one. I love the collection of shoes and me myself wearing a brace I need a specific style of shoe and their shoes came with everything I needed!
