I usually tip $20. I did not leave a tip because I hated my braids. The part were way too big. I showed them how I wanted my hair to look. The braid are way too thin my hair looks like it's for an 8 yr old. Not to mention the lady took off to the back for 20 minutes without saying anything. I will not be back Action Braids for now on. I have twice as many braid when I get my hair done at AB in a shorter amount of time.

They do good work, however, I would love to be able to make an appointment because when I got there I had to wait for the braiders to get to the shop. Also, the shop was not clean and the atmosphere could have been more professional.

I came in yesterday for kinky twist. The lady who did my hair braided the top of my hair so tight that I could barely do anything yesterday, yet alone sleep! On top of that, my twist are smaller in the back than the front, and my hair is so hard and barely moves because my hair is singed from the lighter she used in my hair. I paid good money like everyone else but I feel that I got the braider that didn’t wanna be at work and took it out on my head. $180 wasted. This is my first and last time coming to this shop.

First off not on time for opening up. Second, I ask the stylists to do some braids over twists which means senglese twist. I showed her a picture and she said ok. I walked out with boxed braids yall no twists or nothing. It's like I showed her a picture and she did her own thing. I was recommended by someone that Sister braiding were good but I'm not sure and my hair is too tight. I can't even sleep......Will not be back....???Service: Braids

Today, I walked into the shop. The hair braided were nice, welcoming, and insisted on braiding my hair. I was considering coming back another day but they insisted that I get my hair done today! They have made me so happy. They are QUICK. I got here at 2:30 and I’ll believe I’ll be gone by 8:45 at the last. If you’re wanting a walk in appointment, and fast service. Come here , you won’t be disappointed at all.I plan on leaving another review once my hair is finished being braided. I must give y’all an accurate time frame.Services: Braids
