Very rude and inconsiderate of their customers needs. I've been using this company over the last 4 years with no problem. I recently went there to have some work done during the pandemic. Mask on and the guy name Brandon was very figgity, inpatient and rude. He showed no interest in how I wanted my design to be done. Yet instead he said..."I been doing this for 30 years"...Just give me your information and I'll send you a Proof". This is totally unacceptable!!! He did not go over the fronts he would be using or anything, He only rushed me out the building. So I grabbed my items and took them elsewhere! I will not ever use this company again. How dare! I spend my money or support a business that dont listen to my request nor show great customer service. The good days of this company is nearing its ending days. I hate to see a good business take a hit because their new generation is so inconsiderate and for that reason...I will not recommend this company to anyone.
