New house ..new appliances. Just 3 years old..yesterday washer repairman...freezer stays frosted and dishwasher went out before 1 year...very unusual..is it Whirlpool or Siano?

Terrible service, patronizing salespeople, noncompetitive pricing, and worst delivery/follow up customer service. The store went down hill when the original owner passed. He was the standard of excellence that they fail to exude now. I recommend looking elsewhere if at all possible.

Our washer went out and our salesman suggested we try a Midea washer. We absolutely love this washer! We had never heard of the Midea brand before but we are so glad we tried it. This is one of the best washers we’ve ever had!

This is the best company to buy appliances from. I bought a fridge and range and saved over $2200 in comparison to the big box stores. They delivered the next day and hauled away my used appliances . Stacy is a great manager at the Collierville store. Thank you very much for the best experience. I will recommend this Siano’s to all my friends and family.

We originally dealt with Siano’s Brentwood location. Folks were friendly and we knew exactly what we wanted for our dream kitchen. We purchased a 60” gas electric stove with side by side fridge freezer all by Thermidor. The promotion gave us a dishwasher and 60” hood. We received everything except the 60” hood. When we called the Brentwood store we were told they were now closed and I had to call Ralph siano Sr in Memphis.We have since called ralph siano Sr several dozen times. He repeatedly directed me to Thermidor, that it wasn’t his problem. Every time he would then go into a weird story like.. Thermidor did this same thing to a little old lady, keep fighting and they’ll give you your stuff. Ralph Senior also kept saying he would call Thermidor and Amy Taylor the area sales rep to get us our hood.All the hours and many many calls to Thermidor and never once did they have a record of Ralph Sr Siano calling them or Amy Taylor.To explain it all quicker? siano took our money, Siano then went out of business in 6+ locations like brentwood TN. To be able to close that location they had to clear all orders and canceled our order/hood without a care for us. Thermidor out of frustration over Siano telling me to call Thermidor repeatedly gave us the date/time/ person from the Sianos Memphis office that canceled our 60” hood. Ralph Sr didn’t deny it when called out on it. It was a bonus item so we have been told by siano after they were caught being the ones canceling it “you didn’t lose any $”Ive waited over a year to review Siano to give them a chance to do the honest thing.Do not trust these people. We were led on and then lied to until the truth came out and them we were told “tough”. Awful company. The fact that Ralph Sr told us Thermidor was a great product but their service did this all the time when it was him all along. Seriously need to take a shower after remembering all he said that wasn’t true. Wanted to just forget about it but nobody should be treated the way Siano treated us.

I walked into a showroom and was greeted by 3 employees with a look of "why are you here bothering us"! After an awkward FEW moments I was asked what I was looking for and lead by an unwanting employee to a discombobulated mess of a showroom he pointed at the area mumbled and walked away. From my own look at the pricing and content cant for the life of me figure out what is so special about this place! major box stores have better service pricing and I assume availibility. One older gentleman did finally speak to me and attempt to help however by this point my business was already lost. I would like to thank him for his effort!!

If you bought an extended warranty with Siano you just threw the money away. I was supposed to get the unused portion of the appliances. Paid $800 and the repair was $145. But since I used the warranty I don’t get any of the $400 I should have gotten the difference. Mike Siano is the biggest liar on the planet. He should be ashamed. I am a contractor and I will make sure that I share this exp with everyone that even talks about buying appliances. Go to Fergusons you will be treated right and not lied too.

This place is excellent. Great helpful staff and a large selection to choose from. But most of all the delivery men were amazing. They had to take apart my refrigerator to get it into the kitchen. It took them longer than they thought it was going to be. They were nice and courteous.I can’t say enough good things about this place. Definitely go there before you go anywhere else.
