“I called with a tall order a weekend before a funeral and this team delivered well before I needed it. I had a sudden death in the family and needed a suit for the funeral that was 5 hours away, and I know how long fittings and alterations can take. I called on a whim Thursday morning, and Rob said he could have all suit ready by Saturday. I went over that Thursday morning. He found a suit, took my measurements, and said he’d let me know when it was ready. Afterward, the shoe sales advisor, Lee, assisted with various shoes to match the suit. He did a fantastic job. The afternoon of that Thursday, Rob notified me that my suit was ready. I picked it up the same day I went in. This team goes above and beyond to serve your needs and answer your questions. They know what they’re doing. You won’t regret it.”

“Have been there several times (East Memphis location) and the staff is always courteous and helpful. Good selection of nice-looking clothing. Oversized customers like me have very few options when clothes shopping. And the stuff can get much pricier per item than clothing for regular sized adults. But that just comes with the territory.Join their mailing list and you’ll receive frequent offers for discounts on your purchases.Store is always clean and tidy. Dressing rooms are comfortably spacious.If you have to order from them by mail the turnaround time is short and they typically get your stuff in the mail very quickly. They shipped my last order for free but I can’t remember if that was standard or due to the size of my order (which was only $80).”

“Went inside and it was so well organized and clean! I had just visited Ross and there is no comparison as far as cleanliness and organization of the items. I will be shopping again soon. The store manager Rod seems like he’s running it well. The only downside was there was only 1 cashier and about 5 people in front of me. It took a few minutes before I heard the line cashier call for another cashier but I could’ve easily missed hearing it.”

“This store is an *amazing* local gem! I am always on the prowl for fashionable, yet comfortable, shoes. Tall order, I know. This store has a buffet of gorgeous shoes that are *all* comfortable! I live out of state and travel worldwide regularly and this is the best shoe store I have ever visited. On top of the fabulous shoes, they have clothes as well, and the customer service was phenomenal! Pam was beyond wonderful with her kind and patient manner. I will be returning to Memphis just to visit this shoe store!”

Those shoes hurt my feet so badly at work that I wanted to take them off! I ended up returning them after wearing them only 3 times. “I was at the 5502 Poplar Ave location. I'm a 3 yr Stroke Survivor & use a cane.. I'm starting a new job & Wolfchase Limb & Brace referred me here. As soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted by Diana Brown & was told she will be with me soon. Within 5 -10 minutes Mia Munoz walked up & I told her what I needed according to notes from Wolfchase Limb & Brace. She sized me & started bringing me different shoes to try on. It was difficult getting my foot into shoes based on stroke, but she was patient & diligent, using a shoe horn & all. Then Jennifer Strasburger came over to help & they found me a velcro pair of shoes that worked perfectly for my needs!! After trying on 4 pairs of shoes w/some difficultly, I was checking out & I had tears in my eyes...these ladies treated me w/such care, compassion, professionalism & respect! I couldn't get over my shoe shopping experience ? I'm so grateful for these ladies God sent to me to bless & encourage me w/the perfect pair of shoes for this Stroke Survivor!! HATS OFF LADIES!! KEEP IT GOING!! Return customer for life!! SN: Please expand velcro shoe options & colors. & Include a Slip On line as well. Disabled people wear your shoes too. GOD BLESS”
