“Kim and her crew at Craters & Freighters Memphis did a superb job packing and shipping a glass top table from Memphis to California for me. We'd recently lost my mom to Covid, and this table of hers, with two elephants shaking coconuts out of a tree, was a memory I really wanted in my home. It was very important that it arrive intact--insurance compensation if it were broken wouldn't cut it. Kim and her family have been in the shipping business for years. She inspired confidence that they could get it to me safely from the minute we talked. They shipped it to me in a custom-built wooden crate with two compartments and multiple types of protective padding. It arrived perfectly, and at a reasonable price!”
“I don’t usually visit this location but I’m so glad I did today. Stefani was extremely helpful. I had a very large and difficult item to ship. She offered the appropriate sized UPS shipping box, services and shipping I exactly needed. My second item was a return and she assisted me in properly processing and providing me all of my tracking information. Finally, she even made sure to check if I was a AAA member, which I am, and I received an unexpected discount! That was great! Thank you Stefani and UPS I’ll be back for my next shipping needs.”

“As soon as I arrived, I parked behind a truck that was parked right in front of the office and this Young woman came outside very rude telling me that I couldn't parke there, (mind you I'm light skinned) and young woman black, her name is Erica. As soon as I'm about to park my truck elsewhere, I see this lady truck driver coming out of the office with her paperwork in hand and getting inside the truck that I had parked behind earlier, ( truck driver black as well). So when I finished fixing myself and my truck the "correct way" , I go in the office, and Shanika was very sweet, she took my information, handed me my paperwork and guided me to the correct dock to load. Once I got to the dock, the ladies and loaders were very nice and fast. When they were done, this man took my shocking wheel off the truck and I pulled of the dock, and again This Erica comes to me again very rude telling me that they weren't done, when I see the young man coming tours me with paperwork. If she has a problem she shouldn't work there. Everyone else was very professional and nice. Erica, I'm sorry but you need some anger management help. Have a wonderful day!”

“Hello, many years ago I worked @UPS Bartlett and my son worked @ UPS Airport. I have to say we worked our tails off for about 4 or 5 hours a day or night. Pay was good but the work was worth every cent. We were unloaders' and loaders. As far as customer service goes they are a 10. Awesome company with opportunity for advancements and the benefits are great after 1 year of hard work. oh yeah people ,please keep your dogs away from your UPS driver! Remember they don't have to deliver when it comes to vicious dogs loose.”
