The workouts model 40% cardio, 40% strength, 20% anaerobic, guaranteed to burn fat, build lean muscle mass and improve your cardiovascular endurance. Shed Personal Training Sessions offer 45-60 minutes one-on-one personal training session with our trainers for a more tailored workout prepared to help you meet you personal goals.
