I have taken my machine there twice. The first time for a tune up. They broke the switch that turns the light on/ off. I called But no one returned my calls. Then I took it back to replace belt and light bulb. Light bulb did not work. The manager suggested I bring it back. I’m 78 and this machine is cast iron. It is very difficult for me to get it in and out of table plus drive an hour round trip when they may tell me to leave it and come back again. I asked him to please mail me a bulb and he said he couldn’t do that because it may get broken. I spent over$120 in the last year with them but I’ll drive to Nashville before I go there again. There is no customer service.

Awesome experience! Bought the Titan canister vacuum when my wonderful 20 year old Kenmore broke! The Titan is amazing! Thank you to the store associate who was so knowledgeable and seemed to read my mind on what I wanted!

Professional top tier service . I dropped off 2 items . They couldn’t repair my carpet cleaner due to parts not available anymore. My ol’ reliable Hoover pet vaccum is working just like new . It had a clog and now it’s working like brand new . Quick turnaround time ! I highly recommend them . Thanks Shapley !

Shappley gave me a written quote for $273 to fix my Dyson vacuum. I declined service and found the part I needed on Amazon for $14. They even asked me if they could keep it since it was "too expensive to fix." They wanted to resell it and pocket the money. These people are crooks.

The employees at Shappley was very kind, helpful and knowledgeable about the products they offer. They also offer classes to help people understand different aspects of the sewing world. They do not offer fabric (which I liked) they specialize in sewing machines and the accessories to go with them.

I had a sewing machine that need to be repaired for my church and they fixed it for me at cost just the parts only. My church family is glad and the people who are at the classroom. They didn't have to do that but they did and for me that stand for what Shappley truly is y'all can all the bad things but in my view they are pretty good. Thanks again. I love y'all guys. Mary
