I am VERY pleased with my service, their attitude towards customers exceeds far beyond the raggedy customer service and sour attitudes that U-Haul and other storage facilities provide. This property is 20X cleaner than i've ever seen. Somebody PLEASE give this woman a raise! Amen!”

“I rented a storage unit on union extended but evaded up having to change locations due to needing a larger climate control unit and it being closer to me.i was not sure how to go scout doing it so I called and Matt was very professional helpful, friendly & knowledgeable.avd friendly. On one of my stops to clean out my unit he was making the rounds checking on things and saw me and made it a point to come over and introduce himself and ask if everything was ok and if I needed anything to let him know. I appreciated that. I will definitely rent from this location again if I need a unit, or recommend it. The location I'm at too is great too. Extra space goes the extra mile”
