They care about how they treat people and that’s hard to find with front line team members.”

Ms. Paula is actually a very kind, caring, and genuinely concerned Manager! I am VERY pleased with my service, their attitude towards customers exceeds far beyond the raggedy customer service and sour attitudes that U-Haul and other storage facilities provide. This property is 20X cleaner than i've ever seen. Somebody PLEASE give this woman a raise! Amen!”

UPDATE: This is still a great place to store your items! My only concern is that the price goes up very often, so much so that I am no longer able to afford it. Other than that, they have some of the sweetest employee ever (specifically Ilene!). At times when I totally forgot to pay my bill, they would send a text reminder. Even gave me an opportunity to set my pay date. They have the best customer service hands down! Thanks so much for a pleasant experience overall!”

“Worked with Andrea to get my first storage unit since my apartment got infested with fleas from their negligence. Had no idea what the process would be like and she was super nice walking me through everything. I felt bad since she was just about to eat her lunch when I pulled in! She took me around to show me the units and explained everything. They should keep her around! Give her a raise!”
