Unprofessionalthey are very rude and racist to majority of their CustomerIt say they close at 6pm but I made it at 5:15pm and the lady and husband stood at door watching instead of saying they close wouldn’t recommend. Anyone to go there and make this there last Option

The polishes are very thin! Probably altered. Two of my polishes broke. I’m very disappointed. They have a chat but no one responds. They also forgot my mental cuticle pusher item 2915. If this is not corrected I’m never ordering again!

They have a big variety of things. The Asian men in there is rude. The Asian women , and African American man is super nice. I really wish they had prices on their product so we can shop without constantly having to bother the black guy for prices.

wish i would drive from east memphis to this store to deal with rude people. ??we need a Black owned nail supply with GOOD customer service ASAP cause this place lacking baby & ik the owner gone try to get slick in the mouf—SAY IT TO MY FACE or save it ?

Love this place. Pricing nice and the African American guy is so helpful and knowledgeable. The Asians there don’t speak but I don’t mind. They don’t bother me I don’t bother them. I go like once a week.

My wife just started back doing nails and found Sam's nail Supply. Someone told her about it, but said they were rude and disrespectful. She's been there 4 or 5 times now and just loves it. No problems at all and she likes the prices too!!

Thanks to everyone that wrote a review on this establishment it saved me time and gas from going to a place that mistreat their customers. The reviews are accurate because there are too my people that are saying the same thing. I thought about trying this place out to purchase a large order but will continue ordering my supplies online for my nail bar . I don’t believe in patronizing rude and unprofessional people. I have zero tolerance for spending my money with rude people.

!!Consumers please spend your money else where or stick to ordering online!!Shopped with this nail supply numerous times have receipts as proof. All they have ever asked for was business license or tax identification number. (EIN) Even with the sign posted on the door. Drove 30 minutes out for to be greeted at the door by a rude Asian man that wears glasses. He asked for license. I ask which license do you need to see, I have my business license. He then says no nail license. I asked when did it change because I just made a purchase a month ago,he just stared as if he couldn’t comprehend my question . I asked it again, when did it change? He said “it change” I said “as of when ?” He said “new” and then proceeds to be on his phone. I before leaving I told him that I would leave a review due to the poor customer service. If they don’t loose business due to the inconsistencies of the policies and what they allow, that surely will close down due to the horrendous service. They speak to you and treat you as if you are beneath them or that they could be spending time doing the invisible things they were doing before.And there is no need for the individual that runs the google page to comment a slick unprofessional reply to my comment. I have a right to review just like you have a right to pick and choose who you allow in your establishment. Good day .

I just don’t understand being rude to patrons. When I need items right away I come here, get what I need. The black guy there is typically nice and knowledgeable but the who I’m assuming to be the owner was very rude to me today. I wish I had read the reviews before I went since it’s been a few months since I’ve been there cause typically I make a large purchase. I went to ask about the bits but was rudely cut off with what barely understood him saying “license”. I said no I don’t have one and he said get out. Mind you, I’ve been shopping here for a long time so I’m not sure when that policy was implemented but you don’t have to be rude when you tell it. I expect a rude response to this review from the establishment because if you read the other reviews, the owners’ reply perfectly depicts the experience I just received, foul. I read in the comments that’s it’s open to the public on Sundays but he didn’t mention that, just rudely told me to get out. Please don’t patronize here.

The reviews are accurate. They are open open to anyone without a license, they use to be but are no longer. Customer service is not good.

As soon as I walked in the owner or man behind the counter walked up to me and stayed do I have a license. And pointed to the door. With or without a license the delivery was unbelievably rude: I would not recommend coming here. Prices are not listed on products which makes me believe they make some up in their head and present to customer. Please save yourself the trouble and go to Champion Nail supply here in Memphis

The open sign was off when I got there there where a guy that came to the door and said license initially I didn't understand what he was asking while trying to understand is horrible english he close the door in my face locked it and walked away after reading the sign on the door to find out they are not open to the public which I put 2 and 2 together and figured out what he said however his delivery was rude and they don't serve the public

As soon as I walked in, I was locked in the store by an Asian man whom I'm not sure if he's the owner or not. First as a paying, first time customer and second a woman in a store alone it was very uncomfortable and I'LL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN!!!
