The staff is rude anyway let’s start there! I felt maybe they were understaffed and needed help! I specifically called and asked what they needed before wasting my time completing the app! Only for me to call after completing the app and hear something different! The company as a whole just needs to do better

Very Horrible Service. The lady in the front was so rude! She never greeted me when i enter the store or left the store. She also didn’t even bother to ask if I needed any help and as I was checking out she didn’t say one word to me not even my total of my purchases. But her attitude change as another customer came in she greeted them & ask if they needed help, this attitude change is senseless it was a horrible experience. I have never encounter this kind of behavior in a store before & it’s unacceptable.

Store employee tries to sell me a huge thing of bleach I don't need but then presses me for why I'm buying a giant thing of developer. And then she tries to get me excited for the coupon I have. Disgusting/rude behavior, not going here again.

Very small shop but really good experience. They have plenty of products you may need. Hair products, nail products, makeup,etc. Very clean and organized. The employees work hard to help you out with whatever it may be. There are bilingual employees as well. The one who helped me out was bilingual and was named Karina. She was very helpful each time I went in and offered her advice with whatever I needed and suggested the best products i was looking for. Thank you for a wonderful experience each time ! Recommend for any day you are looking for a glow up or just some simple day to day products.

The staff member never got off her butt from looking at her phone. When I asked a question, she seemed annoyed to have to answer. I will NEVER be back to this location (East Memphis.) Pathetic!

Yesterday was my second time going to this location and one of the workers was very rude and nonchalant. I did not get her name but she had the worst customer service and I did not appreciate that.

I asked one question and the employee was extremely rude to me for no apparent reason. When I was confused by her answer she repeated herself with significant hostility. I just did not understand why I was made to feel awful trying to buy one product.

I understand if a company still wants to enforce wearing masks in store. However, as a business if you require masks then you should provide them for your customers. Especially if that store literally sells one time use masks within the store.

I went here Saturday after seeing on the product's website and Sally's own website that they had naturalicious products in stock. I couldn't find it on my own so I asked an employee if they had naturalicious products in stock. She said no without a second thought, search, or explanation. I mentioned that their website said that they had it in stock. She said nothing/ offered no explanation. Instead, she suggested I 'go to the (beauty supply store) on park and getwell. They may have it.' That suggestion was Ludacris to me. Seeing as why would I go on the other side of town for a possibility when you could not even properly help me with what is supposed to be in your store. This did not sit well with me so I called back the next day, Sunday, and was told the same thing likely by the same person. No explanation. It's disappointing because it could have been a lie or it could have been the truth. If, it was the truth then as a professional more of an explanation should have been given. If it was a lie...why??? I was able to get better customer service and what I needed from the Sally's in Bartlett.

Even though there is no mask mandate, even though I have a medical condition and doctor note, they refused me service. Way to violate the ADA!!

My girlfriend was wearing a mask and sneezed due to her allergies and the lady behind the counter thought it wouldn't be rude to tell her that's enough. I understand it's covid but allergies are still a thing and she was wearing a mask. Looking for another Sally's with better customer service. Also wasn't very knowledgeable about the product she sold her as well
