I actually think this might be the most horrific customer service my husband and I have ever experienced. I don't think a company/staff could TRY to be as incompetent and careless as the people who work here.First-- we have a Tesla Model Y so we have to bring it IN to Safelight. In short: they sent us an email on how to "prepare for the visit", not mentioning that they wouldn't accept the car without a physical key (Tesla has a valet mode & our phone can also be used to turn it on) so my husband drove 30 min there, then 30 min BACK to our house to pick up the key. Then 30 min back to safelight and dropped off the car. They had him wait in the lobby for almost an hour before turning the corner (he thought they had finished) just to tell him "Your car isn't done... we actually forgot to order the window you need" AN HOUR AFTER HE ARRIVED. So he drove BACK to our house with zero repairs done. Complete waste of 4 hours of our day.They mentioned it would be 30 days to order the correct window so Safelight scheduled him for tomorrow Dec 20th and said they'd "call when the new window arrives" ... well my husband just called to confirm the time and the staff forgot to schedule him for tomorrow and now they're full. Not to mention "the window came last week did no one contact you guys?" After completely blowing our first appointment they have now forgotten to put our new appointment in the calendar... not once followed up with us, and are "too busy" to get us in for yet another week.Everyone there should have to go through a retraining class (or just start over with completely new staff)Do NOT waste your time as this safelight.

It took three complete months and 5 different techs to replace my quarter window. Somehow the information was wrong in the system and techs kept bringing the wrong window. I finally got my window fixed on the 5th tech. I’m just thankful for their continuous effort and my patience.

I had some issues with the sensor box of the windshield of my Palisade and I brought it in to Safelite to ask them to look at it. Not only did the guy at the desk, Mitchell, come out to my car, look at the box and fix the problem, he then said that was a temporary fix but wanted me to make an appointment so they could replace the box as a guarantee against future problems. What?? He fixed the problem but wanted to give me an additional level of safety and security by having Safelite do more than they were asked to do. The work was completely covered by warranty and the technician, Keith, who did the replacement and recalibration, actually told me how much he enjoyed working on the car. This is the kind of customer service every company in America should have. On top of that, everyone in the building is always friendly and professional. I have watched their polite manner when dealing with other customers as well. Don't hesitate to bring your car in for windshield work at this Safelite location.

I have managed the Customer Service departments of our Nationwide business for over 20+ years, and you couldn't find better service than from Brandon and the technicians at SafeLite on Covington Pike in Memphis, TN. The staff were incredibly nice and seemed truly interested in getting my windshield replaced as quickly as possible. The waiting area was super nice. I made an appointment and my car was completed within 1 hour! That appointment was faster than a Dr visit! The overall Safelite website, and communications were outstanding, sending meaningful Text messages and email at each step of the process. Super Service!!! Well Done!

I wasn't able to use their service. This was only a phone call. However, the representative was very professional and I did receive a quick response. I wasn't placed on hold and didn't have to wait for what I was calling about.

They had an appointment available the next morning for me to get my windshield fixed. It only took a few hours. The appointment was easy to make online. The staff was extremely nice and helpful.. I was also impressed with the price. Overall I am extremely happy with my experience. I hope I never have a busted windshield again but if l do I know where to go.

Made an appointment and Dropped my car off at 8:30 am. Ubered to work and came back at almost 4:30pm and my car was sitting in the exact same spot with the same cracked windshield. They closed at 5 so I’m confused as to why I even made an appointment. To Jack Morris I go…

On around the 9th of March, I had a rock strike near the top of my windshield resulting in a long crack. The next week Safelite were able to work on my vehicle. The whole process took about two hours. I noticed the technician in the garage kept looking at me, through the window into the waiting room with a mildly panicked look on his face. I didn't know why until I got home. They damaged the front A pillar trims to the point one popped out a day later and the other was wedged in but not fitting correctly. They had to have known what they did yet they didn't mention a thing to me when they took my money and gave me my keys.Then came a six week ordeal of many phone calls to the Covington Pike Safelite. The order paper they give you doesn't have the Covington Pike office phone number on it. Instead it is the national phone number that, once you go through the automated menu, tells you no one is available, directs you to the website, then hangs up. So I ended up driving back out there (which is about 30 mins one way for me) and spoke with Scott. Scott came out and looked at the damages and said he'd order the parts and give me a call within 1-2 days. 3 days passed and I got no call. A week passed and I ended up driving back down there yet again. This time I spoke with Lauren. Lauren looked around and said she could not find any info of parts being ordered or anything being done to document. So Scott did nothing? Just lied to my face? Lauren was super friendly though and agreed to order the parts and let me know when they came in. By the time I got home she had already left me a voicemail indicating they would order the trims but other damage, I thought was caused by them, on the wiper cowling was already present. Fair enough. She also gave me the phone number to the Covington pike Safelite office which was helpful. And 3-5 days I'd get a call?So I waited a week. Then called back. Lauren again on the line and she said they hadn't come in yet but would let me know when they were. The tone this time seemed to indicate she was growing a little tired of me calling, even though I was only calling once a week for a status update.Around TWO more weeks pass, on a Friday a different woman from Safelite calls. She claims she was just starting her job there and was looking around, when she noticed an order for work to be done on my car, and asked if it still needed to be done. Well, yes, it does I was waiting for Safelite to call when the parts came in. She said she would call the dealership then call me RIGHT back. Ok. She never called back. So I call back the following Tuesday, This time I get Mitchell (sp?) who also I gather is fairly new with the company but seems willing to help. He says he will call the dealership then call me back. haha ok. But what do you know? He did call me back. Said they just 're-ordered' the parts. I don't know how many times they have to order these parts before they're really ordered but sure.The next week Mitchell called again and was true to his word. The parts were in and I could stop by any time to get the repair work done.So I went in middle of the week and Nekocia (sp) was at the desk this time. This place seems like a revolving door of people at the desk in the Safelite Covington Pike office. Lauren, Steve, unknown Woman, Mitchell, Nekocia... I will say Nekocia was also really friendly and easy to interact with. After about 20 minutes of waiting they had my car out and ready to go. The car trims look brand new and do look like they are installed properly this time. The tech who installed the trims (a different one from the original incident) apologized for the long delay. That was appreciated. But I felt the need to express the disorder ongoing here at the Safelite Covington pike shop.It seems the corporate side of Safelite needs far better organizational skills on staffing and a much better training on at least 1 of their Techs. The guy who installed my windshield needs more training on his job but also better Ethics training on damaging customer

They broke my husband seatbelt while replacing the back window in his truck. It’s been 8 weeks and we can’t get a call back. Every time he calls he gets the run around. We were told the part has been ordered 8 weeks ago but still nothing, we can’t get an update. Avoid this place at all cost.

Coffee was good. Employees nice. I just thought I would be able to get fixed. However, NOOOOO. I have to get a new windshield, because the damage was to close to the edge of the windshield.... I am going this week to get replaced, I had to file a claim for my Ins. I was very comfortable in their eating room , coffee, tv and nice people. Thanks DonnaW
