It took 4 appointments to finally have a new windshield installed. My first appointment was canceled due to back ordered inventory, 2nd cancelled to due computers down, third cancelled due to Technician calling off work, and fourth due to new windshield having a three inch scratch in it. This place is a joke. I missed two half days of work and gave up two Saturdays to get my windshield replaced. Safelite owes me time and
money!

Incompetence at its best. Had to reschedule 2 appointments because of errors on their end (1st time glass didn’t arrive from warehouse and 2 time the glass was “cut bad”). Third appointment there was confusion on the appointment time (I had it on my calendar for 30 minutes later); refused to assist me even though there were no guests in the lobby and no guests came for at least 45 minutes while I talked on the phone with my insurance company. Safelite lost money because of insensitive and rude customer service. Contact your insurance company and look for other glass providers. You don’t have to use them!

Worst place I ever dealt with! Took three different appointments to finally get a windshield that didn’t come broken! The last time couldn’t even finish the job and left it unfinished! Now I can’t even drive my car! Hand prints all over the inside! And this all began with a rock peck repair! On top of everything else you can’t get get a hold of anybody on a Saturday or Sunday. This is hackles company don’t use them !!!

Terrible experience. I had a confirmed appointment. When I arrived the rude representative told me they didn’t have my glass. She blamed me because their systems are terrible.
I went across the street to Jack Morris and had a terrific experience.

Seems impossible to speak to someone over the phone. The automated service wants you to make an appointment online. That system won’t schedule an appointment because they “dont service that make and model of vehicle”. All I need is a chip filled. I gave up and will look for another vendor.

The website doesn’t have all of the options needed to properly make an estimate. Just gives you the highest price. When you call it will direct you to a website or text you with no possible way of reaching an associate. I tried about 10 different times to just speak to someone and finally gave up. I called auto glass now and they answered, spoke to someone and got same day service without the bull. Also saved 350.00

The guys at Safelite Winchester were top-notch. I had scheduled an appointment for a Saturday morning, unfortunately the replacement was cracked, so they rescheduled me. They were very apologetic. Yes, I could’ve gotten upset that they didn’t call me before I got there, but that wouldn’t have fixed it. I came back a couple Saturdays later and they got me fixed up in about an hour. Store Manager Mitchell was helpful and attentive and Master Technician Michael did an incredible job. He offered me his cell phone to let him know if I had any issues. Great guys and great work there at Safelite Winchester.

Real rude customer service will not recommend getting service from here. They won't call the manager which I requested and I have pictures to prove no one was in the front and refuses to tell me updated information about our vehicle
