RUN!!! PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE IN MEMPHIS, TN.. THEY WILL LIE TO YOU JUST TO CHARGE YOU EXTRA MONEY.. ESPECIALLY JUSTIN.. HE IS NOT TO DEAL WITH. My truck went in there 3 weeks straight for an coolant leak last month and he claimed they repaired my truck. The third time he claimed it was leaking from a different spot same location just to charge me extra money instead of fixing my truck from their mistake. After keeping my truck for 1 week and 3 days for a coolant leak and replacing shocks he claimed my truck wouldn't start due to poor fuel pressure. Mind you I never had an issue with my starting after running my truck for 2 years and 4 months. So he claimed it was a fuel sensor gone bad..Truck has been starting and staying running over the years since I had it. I guess that's his way of getting more money out of you. If you have to go there.. PLEASE AVOID DEALING WITH JUSTIN WHEN CHECKING INTO SERVICE. This guy is a JOKE!! 1 star cause it's a few ppl there that's okay but one bad apple spoil it for the whole bunch

Unknowledgeable in parts and pricing. Terrell and Josh were both confused on parts lookup and need retraining. Hope they get the proper parts training necessary so that they are not being a cost strain on your company. Thanks!

Took our truck here through an insurance claim with Progressive. Two days after the truck arrived we received an estimate to repair the harness. Under the impression that Rush conducted a complete inspection of the vehicle, we received a repair estimate for $17,177.22 to "repair" harness. We sent this invoice over to our insurance adjuster and he immediately notified us that this price was outrageous and from the photos taken under the hood that he would prefer that the harness be completely replaced to avoid any future issues. The following day, the insurance adjuster made the trip from Mississippi to Rush trucking to speak with David Lund (a professional con-artist) and Justin Mullen. After the on site visit from the insurance company David Lund realized that he couldn't get over on the adjuster in regards to the pricing and the realization that the best option would be to completely replaced the harness. Ironically, after the visit from the adjuster and him confronting David Lund and Justin Mullen about the inflation of labor hour pricing....the replacing of the harness ended up being cheaper than repairing the harness. We were given an estimated timeframe of 30 days to receive the harness and complete the repairs. 3 months passed and still there's no sign of a harness. Our office admin calls to follow up on the satus of the truck repair and Justin proceeds to inform her that he couldn't give us an accurate time frame on receiving the harness (Almost five years after the pandemic and they're still using the covid pandemic shipping delay excuse with customers). This was extremely frustrating considering they required for us to give them a $15,000+ deposit before proceeding with the order. Imagine having $15,000+ in the hands of a company for over three months with nothing being done to your vehicle. Rush proceeds to REPAIR the harness but still charges the price of repairing one! After notifying the insurance adjuster, he makes another trip to Rush and threatens to take action against them for insurance fraud. Only after he threatens them, does Justin Mullen and David Lund adjust the price for repairing the harness. I wish this was the end of this nightmare with these con artist but its not. Our driver goes to pick up the vehicle. After driving it to a truck stop about 10 miles away he notices that the truck is leaking coolant at an alarming rate. He shuts the vehicle down, parks it and waits for a mechanic to become available at the Love's Truck Stop. A few hours later after a mechanic becomes available, they tried to crank the truck and it would not start. All 4 batteries are some how bad. Our driver heads backup to Rush to notify them of the problem under the impression that the truck was fully inspected and these issues would be covered under the warranty given by Rush. Upon speaking with professional con-artist David Lund, he informed us that a complete inspection was ever done on the truck and that Rush only fixed "What the insurance adjuster told him to". Knowing this was a complete lie, I called the insurance adjuster to notify him of the information I was just given by professional con-artist David Lund and he confirmed with me that it was 100% false. He advised be that of his 20+ years in the business he's never instructed a shop on what to fix, only that he allows them to do the inspection and give him the estimate of their findings and pricing in which he'll confirm the legitimacy of the pricing. Rush claimed that they repaired the harness and fixed the AC but this was a complete lie. 3 days after having our truck at Rush for over 3 months we had to pay out of pocket to get the harness repaired correctly, fix our AC, replace water pump, replace 4 batteries and a fuel gauge. From our personal experience I would recommend to stay far away from this location as possible. Shade tree service and professional con-artist are on duty.
