My mother bought a air conditioner 3 days ago,and it isn't working properly.They have been giving her the run around to get it fixed because they say she can't return it.They are toooo pricey to have hot mess customer service and bad products.She still havent gotten it resolve yet.

I wished I had read the reviews before I bought my furniture, horrible horrible horrible I can't say it enough, worst customer service ever, now you are saying it was my responsibility to load it on to my truck , the warehouse workers loaded the furniture onto my truck, the furniture was wrapped in plastic so was I suppose to unwrap it to inspect it I will not except responsibility of damaging my own furniture , I sent a video of us unwrapping the furniture discovering the damages I even had on gloves so as to not to touch it with my bare hands, your inspector came out and lied to us as if you all was going to repair the damages.I got the same result as Misha N. on 10/7/20 so this been going on for a long time sham shame of it all So now I am stuck with damage furniture . Royal do better !!!!! I did one star because the furniture was pretty
