If they knew how to answer a phone it’d be great!Was wanting to come in and grab a couch, knew exactly what I wanted from the website and tried to call to simply see if they had it in stock.Instead I’m getting a few rings then sent straight to a voicemail you can’t even leave a message for. I called at least four times in a row with the same result.Was really hoping to buy from Royal cause the prices are reasonable for the economy we’re in, but the blatant unprofessionalism isn’t worth itEdit to owner: I called the number you hit when you press call on google maps like everyone else does…

Communication & Delivery time is horrible had to make three appointments and still have not received my delivery Michelle told me my delivery time was 2pm to 5pm I got a call my delivery will be there in 10 minutes not even 1 minute the delivery people call my phone show up to my home call me ask was I home I told them I’m 15 minutes away they hang up i been waiting on my delivery for months now I want all my money back ASAP!!!! I’m over the furniture and the company

Bad customer service, no communication between warehouse and store on delivery times. Promised by store delivery 8-11 am no show, then 11-2 again no show, then again 3-5 pm. Unacceptable, and pitiful excuses. NO COMMUNICATION AT ALL. $160.00 delivery charge, 2 appointments canceled due to this. UNACCEPTABLE!!!!! I will not be a returning customer.

Received my chairs 3 days late, after being told I would receive them at 2 other previous times before today's date. I am in no way upset with the sales staff in Tuscaloosa where we purchased our dining set. I am overly pleased with everyone I have spoken to personally. Though I am very upset with the fact that I even had to wait 2 days extra to get my dining chairs, this is not what I had in mind when I paid extra for delivery. pleased to have my set, not pleased with the delay caused by the warehouse.

Hey my mother received the wrong stove on a delivery so I had to go get the right stove myself from the warehouse but they didn't have stainless steel like she supposedly ordered so I guess all black will do..... Also the technician didn't come through to hook up the appliances that she ordered. Come on I know this can fixed right no courtesy call on not following up.

It wasn't quite as bad as I had imagined. After a few phone conversations. But, definitely the place is stuck in the 80s.And you have to be the person who ordered it, bring your photo ID and the credit card you used to pay.We had to cancel an order that had been placed by a family member in Murfreesboro. It had been placed online. And they expected here to pick it up. So, after arguing with them. We just canceled and put on my card.Kind of a hassle.

They need get some better way for the delivers. I have been calling since they opened at 8am no answer. They give you date for your delivers and you don't get your your furniture. I been calling the store on lamar ave. where I purchased from no answer. I'm so over Royal

Friendly, clean off. Guys loading was exceptional and patient. Kudos
