I went in to this location, which is not my normal location, to pay my bill and the lovely woman behind the counter her name was tioni, she was just so nice and sweet, greeted me with a smile and had a wonderful attitude, really made my day!!

I purchased a leather sofa, oversized leather chair and ottoman last year in May 2021. My sales person was very helpful. We had small talk about the furniture and the style I was seeking to purchase. I informed her I was moving in the Fall into my new home. She informed me that she had just purchased a home in Horn Lake. She stated she got a really good deal etc. I purchased the furniture and moved in October 2021. I contacted Royal in February to inform them my sofa will not recline into its original position. I was informed to contact the furniture warranty and they would take care of the situation. Long story short I received an email from Karen H. who informed me because my furniture had been moved my warranty was voided. She provided me with a number to a furniture repair company. I called the number and was informed they haven’t serviced this area in years. My issue is that my couch will not recline. I told my salesperson I will be moving in October, that would have been the time to tell me about the warranty, if the furniture was moved. I would’ve waited to purchase the furniture. I wasn’t in need at that time. I’ve called the store several times and have been given contact numbers for someone name Michelle at corporate. I’ve called the number and left several message with no return call. I have called several furniture repair places and can’t find anyone to repair my sofa. BUYERS BEWARE OF PURCHASING FURNITURE FROM ROYAL. ITS THE TINY DETAILS THAT ARE NOT DIVULGED THAT END UP COSTING THE CONSUMER.

Ordered a bedroom set waited 2 weeks for delivery just for them to drop dresser and break it ok so I’m like dang I also waited 2 more weeks for a replacement which when the day came they didn’t show so now I’m waiting on a dresser that has been a month now very very disappointing and they also hung up in my face ? when clearly anybody they made a mistake. Gotta wait 2 more weeks for a dressser in all will b a month and 2 weeks

Mr. Charles Has TERRIBLE Customer Service. Don’t Get Me Wrong, He Was Cool... IN THE BEGINNING!! Towards The End Of The Sale, He Missed Out On His Money Trying To Talk Like He Knew Me. All I Wanted Was A Bed For My Daughter, Once We Got To The References Thats When Everything Went LEFT... He Was Talking Like I Was Trying To Steal The Bed Or Something... “You Trying To Run Off On The Plug” Like Dude Are You Serious? Cash Was About To Get Handed To Him & I Signed My Paperwork... Just Because I’m Young Doesn’t Mean You’re About To Stereotype Me, I Wouldn’t Recommend If He’s The Salesman For Young Adults
