These are the worse people to purchase a car from. They lied to me to get me to purchase a car from. They told me they was giving me a warranty and showed me the paperwork that I had the warranty but when the car broke down two weeks later and I tried to used the warranty l was told by the company that they had no warranty with them. I call Rodger’s and told them and they said I should’ve call them first. They said they will call the warranty company and see what’s going on. That never happened and I was stuck with a broken down car. Please beware of placing like this.

Everyone can’t be telling a lie and it’s clearly no accountability on their part. Everyone is the problem except them. They sound like a kid getting in trouble and blaming everyone else saying they are the problem instead of them.

I am going to purchase a vehicle from them very soon!!! They are very knowledgeable as well as you are not leasing them!!! I got my truck from American Car Center and it has been so much trouble!!! Update!!! Here is my new SUV!!! It is a 2018 GNC Terrain!!! Her name is Snow! She is smooth, has a nice warranty and it will be mine not lease!!! They go through credit acceptance!!! The staff is wonderful and they will put you in something that you can afford!!! Go online and do the application to save time and ask what do you need to bring with you!!!

On 5/13/2022, I went to Rogers Used Cars to just look at a vehicle with my dad. Ended up getting a Chevrolet Traverse. 6 days later my steering wheel locked up while driving on the expressway. Then I started having multiple issues within the next day or so. The warranty company did not want to fix anything in the truck because everything wrong was “preexisting” prior to me getting the truck. Rogers car lot did not want to fix my issues and when they did it was like putting a small bandaid on a scar that needed stitches. I will never recommend this car lot to anyone ever. They basically sold me a lemon and would not fix anything that was wrong. I guess the white men and older white lady in the office got tired of me going to the office and calling up there because they started getting extra rude and was saying “idk what u want us to do about that.” WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! DO NOT GO!!!! TAKE UR MONEY ELSEWHERE!!!!!
