They should separate out the service department from the purchasing department. The reviews on purchasing the vehicle are spot on. The process is fast and efficient. However, if you're faced with issues after the purchase you can expect to feel helpless. Oil changes will take all day regardless of the appointment time. Maintenance issues may not even be looked at the same day you make the appointment. An 8AM appointment means it could take 1-2 days before they even look at your car to diagnose it. Be prepared to be left carless or scrambling to figure out your own transportation needs because loaners are booked a month out. I would not consider buying another vehicle from this dealership due to the issues after the purchase. It's very unfortunate that they make the buying process so easy to only leave you feeling helpless if there are issues afterwards.

Easiest purchase ever! Found the car I wanted, called and told Barron in financing what I wanted to put down and when I would like to take possession! He had everything ready to go! Marcus was my salesman and had all the paperwork ready to sign on his part, then over to finance with Barron for a few more signatures and we were done! The whole process took less than a hour!!
Car was spotless and full of gas! A+++ Good job guys!!!

Well, I recently bought my first BMW (won't be my last). Couldn't believe how patient my sales rep was. I am fairly meticulous, and as this was my first experience with the brand and dealership I may have been a bit of a bother. Hunter walked me through each step and ensured I ended up with the perfect vehicle and an extremely positive experience. This didn't end when I left with my vehicle. Follow-up after the sale and my additional questions and requests for help were greeted and addressed positively. Could not be more pleased with Hunter or the dealership. Thanks.

Brought my vehicle in for service while under factory warranty for an electrical fault and was promptly taken care of under AJ in the service department. The fault was fixed up within 24 hours and ready to be claimed again in which transportation to/from the dealership was organized by AJ. Overall good staff all around and are attentive upon arrival.

I had my car towed to Roadshow BMW, and Dan Ostenski immediately put me at ease. He promised to let me know if there was an issue and take care of any repairs. After a thorough diagnostic, Dan called to tell me, to my surprise, that nothing was wrong—except that I had been pressing the eco-friendly button instead of the start button!
I am incredibly grateful for Dan’s honesty and integrity. Unlike other dealerships, he did not take advantage of the situation. Therefore, I highly recommend Dan and the team at Roadshow BMW for their trustworthy service.

Today I took my car to be serviced and was provided a loaner vehicle. Jacob my normal service guy was amazing as always. I drove the loaner vehicle 115 miles and had it for about 8 hours. It had over 12000 miles already on it so mind you this is not a new car by any means. They have a 100 mile daily limit however I had spoken to Jacob who had told me if it was slightly over 100 miles it would not be a problem. Upon return I informed Ms. Diana that the car made noises that sounded like it may need shocks or struts. I leave. Diana (lady who handles loaners) calls and accuses me of hitting something in the car saying it shouldn't sound like that and people hit pot holes all the time. I assured her that I had not hit anything. She would talk over me everytime I attempted to respond just being accusatory and rude asking me where i live and where i had been in this car. She proceeds to tell me well it didn't sound like that when you 1st got it. I tell her that I do not appreciate the insinuation and would like to speak to a very dismissive manager Bryan who basically also says that people hit potholes and it only sounds like she asked a question and maybe she could have asked in a better way. Oh and he apologized. I have been in this service department on several occasions and have heard her being rude, even arguing with the service guys. Nevertheless, I think I'll drive to Jackson or Nashville for my service going forward.
