I made a delivery here. There is one way in and one way out. My appointment was for 0700. I arrived around 0600. It is first come, first served. The docks are a little tight... if you set up correctly, you'll have no problem. I was perplexed at the amount of excess pallets in the back. I had to move several out of my way in order to maneuver my rig. There were also empty trailers sitting to the side. If the trailers and pallets were cleaned away, docking would be a lot better!
There was an almost $80.00 lumper fee for 1 pallet.
When I turned my bills in at the shipping office, the evidence of substance abuse lingered in the air.
Only 2 stars for the dock mess, substance abuse & lumper fee.

Poor customer service , doesn’t have return policy showing on NO perishable item . And 3 of the employees told me to read the recipt about return policy with high voices . Hello this is non perishable item and Restaurant Depot can’t show me their return policy on non perishable item . Rude employees .

WORST run store I have ever seen in my
life! No management trying to help anyone. Slow as ever! Baskets and trash all over the parking lot. I hate this store!

Awesome I got a day pass issued to me I managed to purchase what I needed when it was so expensive everywhere else I will be back to get another day pass to buy five more of that same item that I just bought I would love to have a membership but I don't own my own business

Been to a restaurant depot for the first time and was able to purchase with a daily pass. YOU DONT NEED TO HOLD A LICENSE OR BUSINESS TO SHOP, you can buy using a daily pass and you will need to provide an Id proof. Store is segregated into different sections and has a huge variety of food items. The frozen section where the meat is stored needs cleaning and tidying up a lot. Staff were very helpful in guiding.

Worst customer service I’ve had to deal with !! Today was the last time I’ll go in. I’ve shopped there since they open and the customer service has continued to deteriorate. After being cussed by an employee who didn’t think I moved out of the way fast enough for his fork lift zooming through the store (if you’ve been here you understand this), I am done.

After being scheduled for an interview and showing up early to only find out the hiring manager was not there that day. So I lost time, money and this was a huge inconvenience. Then the work program they use wanted to me reschedule but of course there was only one day, one time available which I was not available for. I should have been able to select when I could come back and be the top of the selection to be hired since this was not my fault. It is clear how this business runs. That the program and the store do not communicate with each other.

If the receiving department. Would honor the appointment time on your appointment instead of delaying five hours to get you into a door. Things may work out a lot better.
