If I could give it a negative rating, i would. Please don't be stupid like me and go with them. It's so not worth it. I'm now out almost $7000. With nothing to show for it other than frustration. It's a complete scam. Just like anything else that's rent to own. I'm a freaking idiot! Don't be like me. Shut these people down. All that and not to mention the completely rude and ghetto so called employees. I'll say this for them, they are damn good con artists they have employed there!

This place has the best customer service the staff make it feel like family! They was so helpful in my time of need. I called spoke to Ms.Red told her my problem and she was so sweet & helpful. The whole staff helped me when I came in they were & are the best. Thank u all for ur generosity & making it easy for me!

Spoke on the phone with a sales person, I showed up to look at some products they offer, was hit with employees out in their car smoking pot, and stood inside for 5 minutes, no one was inside. Thankfully I took my business elsewhere.

Very unprofessional. Too many workers not even dressed professionally so I couldn’t figure who to talked too. One says one price then when it’s paid they’ll ask for more cause they cant figure out how to seal the bead on the tire onto the wheel. Excuses after excuses, whine n whine about the prices. I’ll be taking my business and money somewhere else.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. The technician made a simple mistake and instead of admitting to his mistake he lied. Their technician was the last hands on the rims and the tire came off mid travel causing damage to the vehicle. The assistant manager was very unprofessional using vulgar language and being very disrespectful. Her help will only result into frustration due to her arrogance within her title. No one want to take responsibility for the negligence of the last hands to touch the vehicle. Honestly they need new workers or to just shutdown. Not satisfied and very unprofessional. Have photos as proof will post after legal matters are handle.

This company doesnt deserve even a star!! In August visited this shop Sales Rep recommended a set of *********** that were repo from another customer, said they looked good on my Lex SUV and they were practically brand new. When I got home noticed the tire sensor kept going on and off, noticed a big gap between tire and car. Called and asked to speak with manager goes by Red that something is off. Was not able to speak with her, explained to young lady that why would my tire sensors come on if these are new? She told me to come back next day because tire tech was not there or to go by another tire shop. This was a late Thursday afternoon. Went by a tire shop to check my air and he immediately said these are too small & my sensors could be broke or not reset. Called the company back Friday they told me they would call me back since tire tech guy wasnt there, just decided to go up their only for the manager to tell me to come back Monday she wasnt feeling good and they would put bigger tires on them and look at the tire sensors. Keep in mind There was no other customers on site because the tire guy who installed them on Monday pulled up when I was there. Everytime I called they said come back or change time to come. just felt I was getting run around. Went to Discount Tire and the agent explained they knew they shouldnt have put a thin small tire from a car on my SUV vehicles and I now Im having to pay additional $$ to put bigger tires on my car. I despise being mistreated when I gave them ample opportunities to fix the issue but kept getting the runaround. Costly $1000 spent on wrong tires mounted. They seem nice initially but then when there is an issue they are not responsive and timely and resolving the issue. I should have read the yelp and ****** reviews prior they all warn not to patronize . I didnt do anything to deserve getting scammed

The person that goes by the name of Red is awful! The owner needs to find new staff to work here or these stores will be closed! They do not honor the insurance. It’s a scam! Do not get the insurance! As long as they are open they should do insurance claims, but they say that they don’t do them on certain days! They are terrible. The staff members have terrible attitudes and need customer service training immediately! Better yet, as I stated above the staff needs to be replaced! Keep driving by both locations in Memphis! They suck!

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO WORK AT RENT A WHEEL IN MEMPHIS!!! I use to hear about all the bad things but never do I listen to people, I always go off experience. As much as I did for the company, they ended up treating me as if I did something wrong. I never did anything to embarrass the company and always did what they asked. For them not to pay me for my vacation time that was approved by more than one management was real unfair because it was already approved and time that I worked for so just thought I would let people know before applying to work here!!!

Worst customer service ever. I spent 3000 with this company and they put the wrong tires on my vehicle for the rims I bought. No side wall on the tires . They should have never been put on . Bent rims constantly or flat tire constantly. All the staff is unprofessional including the manager . Don’t buy from this shop
