What a pleasant experience working with Renovate Memphis and Dwayne! Unbelievable customer service and professionalism. Dwayne helped manage and communicate everything throughout our whole projects. He did not skip a beat. We are more than happy. What a pleasant experience working with Renovate Memphis and Dwayne! Unbelievable customer service and professionalism. Dwayne helped manage and communicate everything throughout our whole projects. I've had two estimators quit or been "fired" completing papers to start the work. Each time went without notice for weeks. The estimate always expires before we can finish fine tuning the details, so they want to send a new person out and start over. I'm done with them. Very poor customer service and communication. (Update: The 2nd estimator finally reached out on his own and told me how much they over charge to sub contract plumbing and HVAC. It's nearly DOUBLE the cost of the service!)

We are currently in the early stages of converting an existing garage into a master bedroom/bathroom and adding a new garage. Working with everyone from Renovate Memphis has been incredible. Michael is friendly, knowledgeable and straightforward. I really appreciated that they looked at our home, the neighborhood and home value when thinking about this project to ensure that we are adding value and equity into our home. We have never felt like we were being led astray or upsold.Anthony has been the designer we have been working with. He is very creative and worked with our space to really maximize the existing area to fulfill all that we asked. He was able to not only take our feedback and incorporate it, but often took it one step further and improved. We went through a total of 4 design iterations - the first one was great and only small changes were made after that. That was incredible to me. He was able to fit a large master bedroom, huge master bathroom, incredible walk-in closet plus laundry area AND an office area! Everything was separate yet flowed beautifully together.It was so refreshing working with people who are knowledgeable, who understand our needs and can come up with creative solutions. The design process has been great and we cannot wait to move forward with Renovate Memphis on this project.

They did an excellent job. When mistakes were made they were corrected. We had the unusual delays and it took longer than we hoped, but we are very happy with the result. Dwayne was responsive to our requests and concerns. We were not the easiest clients because we had no firm conception of what we wanted. Renovate Memphis is very professional and very affordable company. I had quote from other companies and they were quoting as high as 3 times. People of this company are flexible and will offer more ideas than even companies where a designer first comes to go through your requirements. To sum up working with Dewayne was a very pleasant experience wither getting bathrooms upgraded or installing French drainage system in the back yard.Services: Bathroom remodeling
