This was my first time trying Relax Nail and it was a good experience! I made an appointment online with Emily and she was great. I booked a dip manicure and gel pedicure and was offered a variety of beverages while in the chair. I will be returning!

I went today for a mani/ pedi & I was very pleased w/ my services. The lady that works the front desk greeted me immediately & Nancy did my mani/ pedi & she did an AWESOME job! ?, there were several ppl in there getting nails done & the employees were very friendly! I highly recommend this business! ?

I went with my mom for Mother's Day. I got the Relax Pedicure and it was a nice experience... except there was no pedicure. I had a young woman, maybe she was inexperienced. She did the calf massage, exfoliated, etc. When it came to the actual pedicure, she painted the color on and then went over with the top coat and they looked bad. No prep, no trimmed cuticles, not even a filed nail, and the pink polish was everywhere. Crazy for $75. An older male employee saw how badly they looked so he came over and painted OVER them with another coat of polish, and another layer of top coat. I had to scrape it off ~2 hours later because it never dried... obviously. Lol.

I have went here for years and they have obviously changed management I see when me and my husband went today. It was horrible quality of work. My husband still had dead skin on his feet and dirt under his nails. I had dead skin left noticeably and my toes didn't look good. My husband stepped down into a puddle dead skin on the ground because she didn't clean it up or direct him away from it. It looked like we hadn't gotten our nails done. Just a waist of time and we will not be back. They use to be so good but not anymore. It wasn't packed in there either like it usually is.

Until today this was the best nail salon I’ve used. My husband and I found this place in January as we were recovering from the week long snow event and I’ve been driving from Mississippi every two weeks on Saturday to get my nails done. My visit this past Saturday was a mess! I went in to get a color change on my toe nails and a manicure with dip for my finger nails. I left with clear polish on my toes and a clear dip on my hands because they didn’t have the color I wanted. By the time I was ready for bed Saturday night, the dip on my finger nails had cracked so badly that I had to cut my nails to keep them from snagging everything. This morning I called and spoke with Vicki who told me to come back this evening after work. When I got there, I waited for an hour so Tim could redo my nails. I’m assuming they wanted him to fix the issue since he created it. Tim’s idea of making this situation right was to just dip my nails again… not make all of my nails even, not give me the manicure that I paid for on Saturday but didn’t really get because he attempted to do the manicure AFTER he dipped my nails… he just wanted to dip them and get me out of there. I was so disgusted with Tim’s attitude and his total disregard for customer satisfaction that I left the salon again today without getting the $80 of service that I paid for Saturday.

Very attentive. Best pedicure I have had in some time. He took time to get me a drink ask how I was doing and even asked me to sit and relax in the chair.
Thank you so much for your care of me while I sat in your chair, also thank you for not being on your phone it is very much appreciated in the world today.

I scheduled an appointment for my family of 4‼️ First the location smells GREAT and has a calm atmosphere which was a plus for my husband. Secondly the staff were amazing from greeting to providing refreshments and do not switch techs that was a WIN. My husband experienced an amazing manicure. Our 12yr old daughter first gel short full set experience was phenomenal‼️ Our 4yr daughter first gel manicure was AMAZING‼️ She said will tell her friends to come next time. I was able to experience an organic pedicure and full set gel extension with 10 designs might I add. When I say no wait no rush but in and out with 1hr 30 maybe it was 2 hr. The entire experience was AMAZING ? SPECIAL thanks to techs Kim, Cindy, Jack, Nancy and Vickie. Keep in my there were more customers and NO ONE was waiting!! WE WILL BE BACK‼️ My husband love our nails ?? l‼️

I've been coming for a few years and I'm quite particular with my nails. Now I have had a few times I wasn't in love with my nails, but that's life. This time I completely changed shapes and was nervous, but Emma killed it! Show them a picture and they are good at replicating it.

I’ve been going to Relax Nails for about 6 months. It’s a great nail shop with wonderfully skilled nail technicians. They have a wide variety of polishes and services to choose from. I highly recommend.

I highly recommend this salon!! Very professional, relaxing and welcoming. Vickie is so passionate about her craft. She’s very creative, talented and patient. Not to mention the quality of the nails. They are guaranteed to last 60 days!! I love this place.?
