The young Branch manger judge people as they walks through the door, nasty attitude, the tall white guy doesn’t like black people, long story short, my whole organization has changed from regions. This Branch needs to be closed

I have been a Regions Bank Customer for over 30 years. I went to see If this Regions Colonial branch will be able to issue a letter of statement that would verify me as one of Regions customers. Two individuals aong with the manager that I was talking to, said it is the Bank's policy not to issue such a letter. This Colonial Regions Branch experience shows how these individuals are unwilling to help their customers. It also show that these individuals along with "the Manager" are so incompetent, so that's they're unable to help their customer with their needs citing non existing policy. No wonder this branch only received 2 and Half stars. I think this 2and Half stars still too high. I would not recommend to Bank here at all, at this location. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.By the way, I went to another Regions Branch in which I had a great experience, and ask them if there is such a policy exist. And I was told there was no such a policy preventing them from issuing a letter of my account verification and they were able to issue a letter verifying my account with Regions.

Baby baby these people so rude a**hell. The branch manger so nasty and she judge people upon their appearance. My baby deposit $830 and the worker that did the transaction didn’t deposit the money into my 15 year old account she kept it. The manger when I explained to her AGAIN she be all for the workers and not the customers , she said well how you know she stole it it could’ve went in the wrong account long story short. She instantly attacked me. Couple weeks often the other a new worker got loud and when I got loud back she told the branch manger and she asked ME to leave so I said anything you need to make her leave because I’m the customer and she had a attitude with me then the branch manger gone tell me ,, she not gone leave but you are cuz my workers are important to me…. Long story short. Again she discriminate against people because of their appearance but something will be done about this that’s why you have to be careful how you treat people cuz you never know who know who and I’m so glad one of the guys got a whole audio…. It’s only 3 people there that’s for the customer and no wonder every time we look around it’s new employees in this branch because the manger got a nasty attitude and the workers are trained as well …… nasty

This is the slowest branch ever. No one is ever at the teller window at the drive through and when they do get to you after 10 minutes of waiting, they disappear for another 10 minutes to process whatever your transaction is.

Floyd Tate was very thorough in helping me navigate my problem with the mobile banking and was very detailed on products that can best help me.

Worst regions in Memphis by far. Employees are rude and will have a branch full of customers waiting while they walk around laughing and joking and ignoring people. Waited 15 minutes at the drive through just for a women (same women pictured in a another complaint on this thread of 1 star reviews) to come to the window and say “we’re closed and you have not been waiting so bye.” Just opened an account with them but I after going to this location only a few times I’m considering closing it completely.

I have banked with Regions since I was 16. Entered this location today and a man locked the door as I was trying to walk in. Very unprofessional. I thought Regions atleast had some type of credibility and customer support.

Do not come here if you want in and out. Waited 30 minutes to make a deposit. Got tired of waiting and had to go. Some lady that ment you at the door was rude. Make me think of banking elsewhere. 10 desk for tellers.

I wrote this review while waiting for the ATM to work. The new interface is terrible and there's a 45 second loading period between transactions which will no doubt slow down the ATM line.

I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go to this regions bank that’s another reason why I’m not with Regions I went cash my check the first time I wasn’t charged a fee and the second time I was charged a fee and when I ask the man why I was charged a fee to cash my check the second time but not the first time he couldn’t explain why and on top of that he didn’t count my money to me or give me a receipt when I ask for my receipt he gone lie and say they only give receipt when you make a deposit which was a lie and after I had to count my own money in front of him he gave me my receipt after he lied.

This has to be the SLOWEST banking staff I deal with. Waited 25m to get to the drive through window with 3 cars in front of me and the 13min just to deposit some money when I got up there. People walking around with their coffee cups. Poor poor customer service. I literally put my seat back and caught a cat nap at he the window. The post office is better than these folks!!!

Horrible horrible customer service. This is the ONLY Regions branch that is ALWAYS out of change. I didn't even get an explanation today as to why I had none of the change I asked for to run a business. Manager just put my receipts and bank bags back into the window drawer and walked away. I had to honk my horn and wait another 5 min, after waiting 35 min, to get someone's attention only to be told they were out of all change. How is this possible when everyone else has plenty?
