The stuff is not dealing with the customer professionally they are kind of rude to I asked for manager who was not available

I was in the lobby for maybe 10 minutes and nobody come in ask everybody focus in he’s own stuff and I was planning open a new account but I decide going to another bank Memphis are different to Regional Banks in TX

Worst customer service EVER.They have nasty attitudes and they pick and choose who they want to deal with instead of the order of the line. I also witnessed them telling a customer she didn't look like she had money or anything to lose because she had on a bonnet! I will not be returning and wouldn't recommend this location... read full comment
