Keynan, the owner, is great! We had a spot in the car that needed to be cleaned and was causing odor in the car. Keynan cleaned it for a fair price and agreed to not do a full interior clean. The car no longer smelled after cleaning

Super friendly service, but for the amount I paid for a detailing, my car shouldn't have had wax still on it and it looks like they didn't clean under the wipers.

Keynan did a tremendous job on my car. Honestly, it was very dirty and I was worried about the tall task it would take to clean it. However, when I picked it up, it was cleaner than it ever has been. The booking process and communication also made everything very smooth. This will be my go to detailer from now on. Highly recommended.

My husband and I have both gotten “ready for the weekend” washes from Keynan and are consistently blown away by the results. The work he does is closer to a detail than just a simple car wash— he manages to get every last crumb and piece of dog hair out of the interior, shines the mirrors until they have perfect visibility, and gets the headlights looking super clear. Scheduling online is very easy and the car is usually done within an hour. Keynan is very friendly and great to work with too! Everything about our experiences with reflections has been amazing, and I’ll continue to get car washes from them anytime my car gets a little out of hand!

After years of neglecting my 20-year-old car, I decided to clean it up. I googled "auto detail memphis," and ended up at Reflections, a place I'd never seen or heard of before. The interior of the car was covered with years of dust and foot dirt. The car had also spent over a year parked, undriven, under a tree, and was covered with some kind of black grunge that had become permanent after years of drive-thru wash and wax jobs. My intention was to just get the interior cleaned, but the guy told me he could fix the exterior, too. I didn't believe him, but told him to go for it anyway. When they were done, just an hour later, I couldn't believe what I saw. The entire car, inside and out, was like new. Shiny, spotless, perfect. Never imagined a 20-year-old car could look so new. Beyond that, the experience itself was great in terms of professionalism, attitude, and just fun guys to be around. I've already recommended them to my friends, and will definitely be taking my car nowhere else but there going forward.

There's a reason why Reflections has 5/5 stars—absolute LUXURY experience from start to finish! Before going in for an interior detail, my car was so dirty I was embarrassed to even let people ride with me. NOT ANYMORE!
