I will NOT be shopping with Rainbow again!! The store at 2588 Frasyer Blvd cashier has horrible customer service!! I just bought a pair of jeans yesterday and they didn't fit . I just tried to return them( at 1:20) for the right size and was told I can't because I didn't have the tags on the jeans ( even though all the tags were in the bag with the receipt). I just turned around and bought a new pair. I have spent hundreds of dollars, maybe more at this location, and love to shop here. Is the policy, or should this be explained? You guys just lost a valuable customer for $25 dollars.

Rude associate on Saturday, 7/1/23 at the Riverdale location. The staff was impatient with my niece who was trying to return her outfit. She had a receipt and the tags were still attached to the dress. She brought the dress the day before. The rude associate appeared irritated and said the barcode on the tag wouldn't scan. My niece was visiting from out of town. She had this horrible encounter when she first got here..... Not a welcoming vibe from a Memphian.

Store was clean but I promise I only went in for clothes, not to hear how late and unreliable the absent workers were. I assume this person was the manager having a loud conversation across the floor to other workers talking about who was late and who she's threatening to fire. I do in-store shopping early mid-day to avoid having to deal with a certain environment but still walked right into one.

They have very poor attitudes at this location. Very disrespectful and do not know how to speak to people. I will never shop with them again. On one of the most busy day of the year they was rude to every costumer that entered the building. The lady at the door was the most disrespectful and the cashiers as well.They need new workers

Just showed up here and they were closed. Doors locked. It's 7:45 but they close at 8 pm. The employees stood there looking at me like I'm writer wanting to come in the store 15 minutes before it closes, but you were closed when I pulled in the parking lot. I was just looking for a Christmas shirt for work tomorrow.

Sherida is very rude. Talks to her workers like they're her kids or something. Just walk in there and listen. They make up their on rules as they go....this is a case of#theghetto#mypeoplethough
