We live out of state in Florida and when our heartbroken niece and nephew's beloved Papaw from Millington, Tennessee passed away, I wanted to use a local florist for the funeral arrangement spray. My theory was that a smaller business would put more care into their product than say 1-800-Flowers. I found Rachel's Flowers online and I am beyond happy with the gorgeous arrangement that they delivered almost a half an hour away from their store at the Lucy Baptist Church. Attached is photo of their incredible work!

Craig had been buying me flowers from there. And I have to say, it is the talk on my whole floor. All the ladies stop by to take pictures. I highly recommend them! Guys, pay attention!

I went this morning to get an “I’m sorry I’ve been a terrible best friend” bouquet. I didn’t think the space was open, but there were a couple of cars parked on the same side as me, so I took the chance and went to head in. The door was open, and Ms. Rachel and her counterpart greeted me kindly. Ms. Rachel asked what I was looking for and took me past the cutting stations to show me what flowers she already had in stock. I told her my best friend’s favorite color is green and that I would like some other color, but with a lot of green. Her counterpart started working on mine immediately after she’d finished a preordered bouquet, and she was so quick and precise with the spacing. The bouquet for my best friend turned out amazing and I’m so glad I went to see these ladies this morning. ? ps I forgot to take photos of it but I promise you it was gorgeous!

Rachel had great customer service and is very knowledgeable on the flowers and what would look amazing. I love the floral agreement funeral spray she put together for my grandmother's service.

Rachel did the flowers for my recent wedding AND THEY WERE AMAZING!!! PLEASE realize that Rachel's does just as beautiful work as all the overpriced florist in Memphis. Rachel is also very involved in working with inner city children in the community (Rachel's Kids) so we really need to support someone like this fabulous lady!!

I called the day before to order an arrangement for a small family memorial service. The sales person was patient and talked with me at length about the possibilities. I decided on a European Garden arrangement. I picked it up the next day and it was lovely, and shockingly reasonable! There were at least seven plants in the arrangement. I've driven past Rachel's many times and admired the outside garden statues along the side of the building, but I have never been inside. A friend of mine often talks about how Rachel's is active in helping the kids in the neighborhood with after school homework, etc. (Rachel's Kids), so I thought I would direct some of my money to a local business that is giving back to our Memphis community. So glad I did. I will be ordering all of my flowers from Rachel's from now on.
