My niece suddenly passed away and Ms.Rhonda took such good care of us!
She helped with all of our florals to celebrate Sydney’s life and delivered to Collierville at a great price.
We were just blown away at her talent and care and concern . She even texted me to make sure I loved it!
She helped with the vases of florals for the church service and our standing sprays with all of the most beautiful roses!
Several family members used them and I posted below all were amazing.
I have always used Pughs and this is why!❤️

I order all my flowers from Pugh's and am never disappointed. They are quick and easy to work with. Also, I recently received a beautiful bouquet from Pugh's that literally took my breath away. I barely whispered a "thank you" to the deliverer.

If you need flowers, Pugh's Flowers is the ONLY place you should be calling for your flower needs. I have flowers delivered every month for my wife and each month she is amazed, and so I am, at how great they are! Pugh's did our wedding as well and let me just say TOP NOTCH! I love this family, all the staff, and how quick the are whenever I call to send flowers out for birthdays, lunches, or just to make someone happy! There isn't enough space on this review for me to say just how awesome Pugh's is and how much they care for whatever your need may be! Give them a call today, I promise you will not be disappointed!

I LOVE using Pugh's Flowers. I have used them for almost four years now! I have ordered flowers for every occasion, and they have always been beautiful. Not only do they offer amazing florals, but they are also a family-owned business. That is another reason why I chose them. Their staff has been extremely accommodating as well. They are able to make same-day deliveries within three hours! This has been a lifesaver a few times for last-minute pick-me-ups and funerals.
I have even gone inside their storefront a few times, and they have a wonderful setup. I was unaware of how many awesome gifts they carry, including candles, perfumes, and more! These items make perfect additions to a birthday arrangement. It is a beautiful shop!
Pugh's has been a joy to work with, and I will continue to use them as well as tell everyone I know!

I've been a long time customer of Pugh's and my wife would call me to tell me what beautiful I send her. I will not being using Pugh's again. I'm not sure what happened with their service but they have disappointed me for the last time. Here's what I ordered and here's what my wife received. This is the second time they have sent her shabby flowers. I would have been better going to Kroger's and purchase an arrangement from their cooler. These are just awful and most definitely didn't put a smile on her face.

Sign out front says Delivery Drivers $20/hr. The other side of the sign says Landscape Delivery Drivers $20. If you go inside and inquire, there is landscape work involved. Why the run around?

The staff was friendly and professional. Our flowers were beautiful and on time. There was an issue with delivery because the location was out of their delivery area. But I was able to pick up the flower in a travel safe box and ready for transport. Thank you to the staff at Pughs.

We selected Pugh’s florist at my mother’s request for my step-father’s funeral flowers. He was an avid golfer and my mom saved pictures of floral arrangements she had seen on the Internet. Our initial meeting with a representative was not ideal at the Poplar location, so my mom was concerned. However, I met with a different designer, Ashleigh D. At the Whitten location, who sat down with me for approximately 45 minutes to help understand the requests and make the floral designs come to life. Ashleigh was patient and receptive, allowing us to collaborate together. She had a perfect understanding of what was being asked for based on the pictures provided and additional details I added. The three florals exceeded our expectations. Ashleigh turned these arrangements around in little more than one day, personally delivered them and everyone commented on the florals, even the funeral home directors who have seen it all. What a beautiful tribute to our beloved dad and Papaw. Thank you, Ashleigh, for exceeding our expectations and exceptional customer care.

Ordered flowers for funeral; specifically casket arrangement, and floral spray. Ms. Dillow took my order and designed the arrangements perfectly. She met all of my specific request with flowers and
colors. The flowers were beautiful. Highly recommend using Pugh’s.

I ordered the same flower for my mom and my mother in law. My mom received her flower in totally different order yesterday and I haven’t received any calls to explain why the order changed.

Despite the short notice, Pugh's Florist was able to deliver three wrist corsages on time for a funeral tomorrow, which is a testament to their prompt and reliable service during difficult times. The flowers provided for my mom's Mother's Day bouquet were beautiful and she was surely delighted with them.
While there was a slight disappointment with the size of the rose in the wrist corsage, I've extended grace to the lack of communication on that given the quick turnaround time and the circumstances surrounding the order. Overall, Pugh's Florist provided excellent service and beautiful flowers for both occasions, and I would highly recommend them for any floral needs.
